Tier 1:
Discord- For every fighter involved, Tobias receives power from the chaos they produce other than himself. With only one fighter, he gains only a small advantage of +1. Adding another fighter to the mix increases the output to +3. With three fighters other than himself, +5. Four fighters takes it up to +7 and five fighters grants +9 to a single stat. Any more combatants than that only grants a +10 and no higher. This increase can be split between stats, but only if there are at the minimum three combatants. For every 5 INT, the state of Discord can be held consecutively.
