A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

Steven had yet to decided what to think of this school. He couldn't decided if it was better or worse then the last he had attended. While it appeared that the school encouraged violence in a way he didn't agree, he hadn't seen any instance where a school teacher had actively forced others to fight. His last school, the whole drama surrounding cases like that had been what led to him ending up in the city. However even so violence did seem to be common here, that first day attested to that. So walking the halls and interacting with others students didn't seem to be the smartest idea. He could never know when his actions could piss someone off and force him into a fight that he didn't want.
It was for that reason that he was here now. The school library. Not many students, with a habit of violence would come to a place like this during there lunch break. Or that was what he at least hoped to be the case. There were a few students but not many, as he had expected, and Steven found a seat in the far corner of the book filled room. He didn't know what the rules in here were, but knew that eating was probably against them. Even so he pulled out a sandwich, and started to eat with one hand as he flicked over the pages of a book in the other.
Suddenly there was a crash from the doors, as a student flew through them and slammed into the ground. Another student stepped in following, and everyone present in the library seemed to want to ignore what was happening and not get involved. However Steven couldn't, one because they had brought a fight to the one place in the school he though might be free of it, but also because the student on the ground appeared to not be putting up much of a fight.
Steven would stand, leaving his book on the table, and take one final bite out of his sandwich. Gulp it down before he threw what remained of the food towards the guy who had obviously been the person who had thrown the student into the room. The sandwich would if un-dodged hit the person in the chest, probably making a mess of their close and getting their attention. "Shhh" Steven would say putting a finger to his lips, if there was going to be violence Steven would think of a way to lead them away from the library. He didn't want a fight damaging the schools collection, he hadn't seen what they had yet.

The sandwich was completely unseen, and splattered messily against the mans chest! He looked down at the food, then back up at Steven. His bull neck and beady eyes indicated he was not to be trifled with, but that he probably lacked the brains to understand what he meant by "Shh" and how snarky it was meant to be. All he saw was dirty clothes.
So he would chase Steven, intent to knock his friggen block off!

Steven had hoped that it a fight wouldn't be needed, but deep down knew that his actions would be the cause of it. He was just annoyed from learning what this place was like, the event of the first day still fresh in his mind. However no time to think about that now. Steven would dash out of one of the library side doors, as the built student followed. He would give the guy the run around as much as he could. However he would feel himself start to tire and knew that it would be better to fight fresh then waste all his energy.
Hopefully having gained at least a little distance between the two of them, Steven would pivot on his feet practically sliding along the floor, worn flat soles making it easier to do so. Crouching down Steven would ready to to dodge whatever assault came from the other man. Then would Duck and weave in close before striking out with the balls of both of his palms. One aimed for the gut to make him want to bend over, while the other to the solar plexus to knock the wind out of him.

The man was too busy rushing forward to care that Steven had stopped. He was gonna flatten this kid like a steamroller! He would raise an arm and punch downward- but the boy wasn't there! He expected his prey to sit still, not move around like a little bunny. He grunted, stumbling backward a step, taking slow gasping breaths while doubled over as Stevens strikes hit home. His eyes turned back up to Steven and he bared his teeth.
"I'm gonna break your neck."
The classroom door that was positioned between them opened, and Saya walked out, closing the door quietly behind her. She turned to look at Steven, then at the bigger fellow. What was his name? Davidson? She stared at him for a while, the big man heaving and glaring at her. She stared non-commitedly, before looking back to Steven and asking-
"Friendly fight?"
As in...was it one they both were obviously okay with? And if so...why had Davidson commited to breaking this boys neck?

Steven took a quick step back away after his attacks hit home, and then a door opened. He glance out of the corner of his eye and recognised her. She was one of the only people from the school he had spoken to so far, well more like a sentence, but he already knew who she was by now. 'Great' sarcastically passed through his mind as she spoke.
"Self-defence." Steven said back plainly, she didn't seem like a girl of many word from there brief meeting, and he didn't really want to spend more time on talking anyway, so he could be ready for the bull of a man, if he attacked again. He did kind of hope that her presence alone would stop him, being saved from one of the pillars, not the greatest principles of current school life in his mind, was not one he care for.

She stared at him for a moment longer, then turned her eyes to the big man.
"Fights over. Go away."
The one she knew as Davidson bared his teeth.
"The kid hit me in the chest with a sandwich! He started it!"
Saya grew instantly bored. He hit me first. They started it. Blah blah blah. She didn't really give a damn who started what. It wasn't a fight condoned by the Pillars, nor was it one she cared to see happen. Davidson had a habbit of putting kids in the infirmary, and destroying school property. And that was just bad for numbers. She reached up and brushed her hair over her shoulder.
"I don't care. Fights over. Go away."
Davidsons eyes widened.
"To hell with that and to hell with you!"
He stepped forward, meaty hand outstretching to try and grab her. She reached up and took his wrist, throwing a punch for his face, right in the front of the chin. His head was whipped back- which was followed with a kick to the big guys ribs, sending him flying into some lockers, rattling them up and down the hall but causing very little damage. She would turn to look at Steven.
"Did you hit him with a sandwich?"

Steven watched the exchange and even though he knew the younger girl was one of the pillars, he was still shocked with the ease that she dispatched him. Her curt word reinforcing Steven's belief that she was a women of few words. However when she turned back to him, and asked him to confirm what the guy had said, he at first wanted to just say no. However that was an obviously lie, if she noticed the the stain on his shirt, it would be proven false in seconds anyway. Instead he flew in to words.
"Yes. But a sandwich is not a fist, and the guy I was leading him away from.... Well I think he would pick the sandwich any day."
Steven explained, he felt justified for his action. Even if the fight in the library had started a 'Friendly Fight' as she put it, it wasn't one by the time it appeared in front of him. It wouldn't be the first time he had gotten a kicking for it. Steven would step up to Saya and waited. It wasn't that he was trying to feint a lack of fear, but it wasn't of her in her entirety, but of pain. However he did hope that like the other library goers, that she would choose against unnecessary violence. Anyone who read books based on old maritime tragedies, especially one's that had also inspired classics like Moby Dick, couldn't be too bad, could they? He had looked up the book mentioned in there first meeting, on the net to see if it was worth, reading earlier in the day.

Leading him away from? So Davidson was already in a fight with someone and this boy got involved. Well....okay then. Even if he had started the fight from nothing, when she said it was over it was over, and she didn't see this boy attempting to attack her. She would walk over to Davidson, whose eyes were rolling back into his head, and grab his collar at the back of his shirt. Lifting his form a little, she started dragging him rather easily down the hall, toward the infirmary.
"You shouldn't pick fights with bigger kids. You'll get hurt."
She wouldn't look back over her shoulder to see if he was following, as she had spoken it as though she was intending to just walk away while informing him of that. She readjusted her sweater to cover the slightly pale skin that had been disposed on her abdomen after the kick, eyes ahead as she walked with steady, even strides.

"You shouldn't pick fights with bigger kids. You'll get hurt." Said the girl a clear foot shorter then he was, who had just laid out a guy his height and built of studier stuff as if he was a sheet of paper, and was now dragging him along with what seemed little effort. An amusing though. Plus Steven already knew that size didn't mean much in that regard anyway, and had the scar to prove it. At first Steven was content in the idea of letting her just drag the guy away and be done with it, and Saya would have gotten quite a bit down the hall before something clicked in his mind. He quickly jogged up beside and a little ahead of her before walking backwards while facing her.
"Thank you" He would voice his gratitude. She had prevented him possibly getting hurt and having to explain to his cousin what happened. Steven would continue to back-pedal along ahead of her seeming to search for something to say. "I'm Rosett. You're Saya right?" He asked knowing full well that was her name, as the Pillar at the announcement the other day had mentioned it. "The untouchable queen, I've heard. Sorry if I damaged your reputation before. But well, maybe it would be good if rep like that died. Hard to have friends if no one will get close." Steven would say before thudding into a wall as a turn in the corridor came. "Not that I can say much, haven't even spoken to anyone here. And I'm rambling.. Shut up Steven." He told himself righting his way so that he could turn the corridor and continue to walk ahead of her.

She glanced at him as he continued after her. She didn't reply to the thank you. It was her job- she didn't need appreciation, just adherance to law. After all, besides Ali, nobody else would likely stick up for her. Alvan only did so when he was ordered to....confused little kid. And Mark only really cared about fighting. She didn't reply when he mentioned names either. Kid had apparently done his homework since the assembly. No need to reaffirm what he already knew. She didn't reply once again as he brought up the untoucheable part, but would finally open her mouth at the end.
"Kids took to calling me that for my fights, and it spilled over into general populace. I don't care about being alone, and I don't really care for friends. They tend to be a liability."
Always asking for favors. Always asking for help. Never sharing the load and in the end, always looking out for themselves. It wasn't some self-depricating bitch move on her part. She just genuinely thought people to be selfish on average, and putting faith in anyone always turned out to burn you eventually. She liked being alone anyway. She had her books, and her laptop. She could do what she wanted, when she wanted and not be judged for it.

Steven was surprised that he had got her actually talk in the end, after she ignored his thanks, and question, rhetoric or not. It wasn't a happy response but it wasn't one he couldn't understand. He was only at this school because he stood up from a friend and well maybe he over stepped a few other boundaries but it all started to getting involved when it was maybe smart not to. But a liability, that was a harsh out look even in his mind.
He mulled over her comment for a bit before he responded. "Well okay some of us get the short end of the whole friendship deal, trust me I know, but well maybe if those that get exploited instead left those friends behind and became friends themselves. The would know how it feels, and treat them right. But this is me just dreaming I guess." He smiled wishful and looked up at the ceiling, his vision being blurred by looking at the lights above. "And well if we all just look at lives darks sides. No one would see any light, and then we would all just be blind stumbling around. Kind of like a guy walking down a corridor backwards." He added looking back down from the ceiling and smirking.

She rolled her eyes and would plant her free palm against Stevens chest, turning and backing him up against the wall. She looked up into his eyes rather coldly.
"I know too much about life to have any optimism. And lets get one thing straight- I didn't become a Pillar to help out kids for fun. And I sure as hell don't need someone pandering to me the idea of friendship simply because he thinks I need it. So why don't you leave now, hm?"
She would turn and keep walking, stopping about thirty more feet down the hall to drop Davidson off at the infirmary, giving them information on what had happened to him.

Steven was pushed up against the wall, even if he could have reacted in time, he probably wouldn't of. He could at that point lashed out, but that would have been stupid and he knew it. Though it had seemed like that the younger girl had misinterpreted his intentions. He was no where near as noble as his words tried to make him sound. As he was told to leave and Saya turned to leave he would reach out much like on his first day and put a hand on her shoulder to stop her.
It was stupid and he wouldn't be unsurprised if she took offence at it after ordering him to go. No matter if she lashed back at him or not, he would either say or groan and growl out the same word no matter the state she left him in. "Who said I was doing so for you, maybe I was pushing the idea because you intrigued me. Wanting to get to know someone isn't the same as expecting to be B.F.F. or something. Or does that idea scare you as much as people seem to be of you?" It was noble but at least it was honest, more honest then most would be about it.
Maybe the words would only reinforce her belief in the selfishness in other, and it was true to some extent it was, and if he word brought her ire down upon him well so be in the end, he kind of won. Whatever she did would speak volumes as to what sort of person she was, more so then her words, which would deal with his intrigue first hand a little instead of young punks and student over the top rumours.

He was looking for something from her. Unfortunately....she wasn't going to be getting it. She reached up and, in an almost identical way to the other day, brushed his arm off of her. She didn't reply to anything he said, instead addressing the smallest part of the interaction.
"That's the second time you touched me pointlessly. Don't."
And she turned around to continue on her way.

Steven arm was brushed aside and Steven signed at her words, and the blatant ignoring of his own. Well looked like this was over, but Steven wasn't to disheartened by it. He still felt like he had easily learnt more about her character from the brief, conversation wasn't quite the right word, but what ever it was it was better then listening to rumours. If the first pillar was so cold to people, he didn't want to know if rumours of the school captain were as true as he heard.
"It was nice meeting you." He called out, a strange as the exchange was it was one way to have killed some time instead of burying his nose in a book for once. "Book... Oh crap." Steven muttered to himself, the though of his book laying back on the table in the library brought him round to the fact that there was someone over there who had been beaten up, maybe someone there had seen him to the infirmary but that didn't mean they had to have been.
Steven took off in a jog after Saya but didn't stop instead he passed by her, brushing pass the knocked out guy she was dragging along. One word hung in the mind 'Pointlessly' and a smirk crossed his lips as he rust back to the library to see if the guy was still in the need of help. "I'll see you around. Bye." He shouted over his shoulder, he knew that the girl didn't care much for him, but it was impolite to not say goodbye. He was sure that eventually however they would butt heads again.
