02. Rewards

Rewards for the students. (New members) (Aside from the original rewards they will get from the said events/fight threads, they will get an additional reward.) - Complete their first social thread. ( +03 exp ) - Complete their first fight thread. ( +03 exp ) - Complete their first speed event. ( +03 ct ) - Complete their first minor event. ( +03 exp ) - Complete their first major event. ( +05 ct, +02exp ) - Complete half of their item set. ( +05 ct, +05exp, +01 qp) - Joining a gang. ( +05 ct, +05exp ) - Complete everything listed in here ( +01 add-on ) Rewards for the students (Have been here for a while, but still needs help, and is willing to learn. Rewards are only applicable if they complete the milestones after getting a mentor.) - Have a good understanding of the ability system. ( +01 qp ) (will undergo testing) - Have a good understanding of the qi system ( +01qp ) (will undergo testing) - Joined a gang ( +05 ct ) - Participated actively in threads relevant to the main plot. ( +03 ct for each thread, maximum of 3 threads. ) - Participated actively in 2 minor events, relevant to the plot. ( +03ct ) - Complete a major event. ( 1 qp, +05exp) Rewards for the mentor. - If the student completes 2 milestone. ( +03ct ) - If the student completes 5 milestone. ( +02qp ) - If two students completes 2 milestone. ( +06ct ) - If two students complete 5 milestone. ( +01 add-on ) Note - If your student leaves in the middle completing the milestones, show the staff the amount of work you'd done, and you'll be awarded accordingly. - Half-assed mentoring will be not be tolerated. Any pause of mentoring (with no valid reason) after hitting the 5th milestone, will cause the mentor to have what they gained from the milestones to be revoked. - Student may have up to 2 mentors, but may have the rewards from each milestone only once. - Work has to be shown/proven by the mentor before they could receive their rewards.
