We have 12 Districts and The Capitol [ +District 13 and Surrounding Areas] in which you can take your residence. If you decide to reside in one of the 12 Districts, you will have the marvelous opportunity to enter into the Reaping for a chance to become a Tribute in the Hunger Games! We are on the brink of a rebellion, the Capitol against the Rebels. When the Districts rise against the Capitol, where will you be? Will the Capitol win over the rebels and continue the Hunger Games? Or will the Rebels overthrow the Capitol? Whatever will happen, Panem will remain. Or will it?
