One shot, two shot, three shot, four. Another down, good luck and time to hit the floor.
Mayhem knocked back the four double standard sized shots of vodka, then tossed a handful of 100 dollar bills at the barman, reached out and grabbed a whole bottle of vodka. Before turning from the bar and staggering out into the dance floor. He had been drinking for a few hours now. There were so many thing going through his mind right now. The good, the bad, and the down right damn confusing. He wasn't sure what to make of them all. So he did what he always did. Tried to get his blood pumping and have fun.
This was a terrible misfortune for those in the club. Now normally in attempts of going about his fun, Mayhem would keep his legal well being into account. Even now he would do so. Just not in the same way. The clubs he would normally have mosh pits, so amount of violence was to be expected. This was not one of them. Mayhem would be walking through the crowd, drinking from the bottle practically draining it. However this meant that he couldn't see.
Mayhem bumbled into someone else because of this fact. It was a guy, of comparable size to Mayhem of all people. The guy also seemed as drunk as Mayhem was. Turned and punched him straight in the face. The bottle spilt drink all other Mayhem, but luckily the blow was incapable of breaking the glass in his face. However it set something off in the red coated man. Mayhem started.
The other drunk had a fist slam into his gut, Mayhem free hand raising to deliver the blow. Before the same hand would grab the guy by the collar. In a extreme amount of self control even in the face of the alcohol, Mayhem would drag the guy off the dance floor to the door and kick him out on the street like he was a bouncer throwing him out.
Mayhem would throw the lost bottle on the floor outside, and let it smash by the guy. The guy would go un-hit but as the guy tried to stand, his hand pressed down into glass on the floor and he screamed in pain. Mayhem turned uncaring, went back to the bar and got another bottle for him to drink.
---
Mayhem is seriously drunk -5 to all stats.

Levi stood outside of the bar, waiting for his grandfather a bored and annoyed expression on his face. Supposedly he had to come along for an "errand" when he knew all his grandfather was going to do was get drunk and then make Levi go in after him. With a sigh he pulled out his phone and leaned against the front of the building. He would simply kill the time by playing chess on his phone. Chess was actually a favorite of his and he had gotten rather good at it. His concentration was quickly broken, however, as a commotion started inside the club.
Hm?
This wasn't completely unexpected, but this club typically didn't have the kind of issues that this one was getting tonight. He jumped as a drunk was thrown from the bar, a tall, white haired man tossing a bottle on the ground after him.
Jeezus...
As the taller man turned to walk back in, Levi did what he thought was right. They both needed help, but this man needed to be calmed down to avoid any more injuries. He quickly stepped in, between the man and the door, holding his hand open by his chest, a gentle smile on his face as he attempted to seem as non-threatening as possible.
"Hey man, what do you say we take a walk? Fighting those guys isn't really fair anyways right? Why not just enjoy the night outside?"
Just looking at the man, he could tell a physical confrontation would be ill advised, but with the man as inebriated as he was, Levi hoped he could at least prevent him from hurting someone else. He quickly yelled back into the bar.
"Can I get some water out here?!"

Mayhem had not expected to be stopped as he tried to re-enter the bar. By what Mayhem would only call a kid. Even so Mayhem would stop, and think. Re-entering the bar, would just mean he got drunker and drunker. Even he knew nothing good come of that, but why on earth would Mayhem want to go with this guy. Who shouted inside for water.
"I don't need no fucking water kid, go home and play some computer games or something."
Mayhem would tell him, his tone was dark. There wasn't any threat in his words but his ton hinted at one. Only for Mayhem to decided against it. He needed to vent, that's why he was drinking in the first place. However for Mayhem there were only two things that allowed him to vent in the way he truly loved. One of them was something he hadn't been letting himself get for some reason. He didn't know why, but something inside him did, however it refused to tell. He wasn't likely to get that from the kid in front of him nor would he want it.
The other method of venting one he could easily get from the boy, well if he had been confidence enough to stop him after Mayhem display of throwing the guy out with ease. He must have had something to back up those stones he had.
"You're right fighting people in there would be, to many people to get in the way. However out here."
Mayhem would jump forward at Levi and swing his right leg out to kick at the side of his left ankle hard to send him falling to the floor.

Levi had anticipated an attack; the man gave off the vibe of someone who just really needed to blow off some steam and most drunks loved to do that one way: Violence. Levi didn't exactly mind the excitement given all he had to look forward to otherwise was a few games of chess. The problem was this man was faster and stronger than Levi, but Levi had no intention of simply letting himself get wrecked without a good fight. He really just needed to last long enough for the man to calm down a bit so he wouldn't hurt anyone else.
"Of course! Let's go!"
The only reason Levi avoided losing a foot was the fact that he had been completely ready for retaliation, but even then, the force from the kick could be felt as it narrowly missed its target. Levi suddenly understood what taking a clean hit from this man would mean as a chill ran down his spine.
Fuck, I can't even make one mistake here. Why couldn't I just let him go back inside?
He quickly removed the man's target from the equation as he jumped into the air as he brought his left leg up to plant his heel in the guy's chest with a front kick, pushing him away to give Levi a little breathing room.

So the boy was fast enough to jump over a extremely obvious kick, maybe this would last longer then a few seconds after all. As Levi jumped and threw his foot for Mayhem's chest, his left hand would simply. Move to intercept. Taking the kick to the palm, and grabbing. Mayhem would stagger back slightly for the booze, before shoving away at the leg to send Levi falling backward to the ground.
"My ma is faster then that, damn woman. Hell damn women."
Mayhem would shout at the boy in a taunt unknowingly things on his mind effecting his words. Mayhem would slowly follow to were Levi should have fallen, and lift his lef leg up and go to stamp down on his ankle.

Levi would brace himself as he flew backwards, bouncing off of the ground once before stopping right in front of the entrance of the bar on his back.
"hrgg..."
It hurt, but it was nothing to worry about just yet. Levi had barely seen the man's hand block before he found himself flying backwards. Despite the odds apparently stacked against him, Levi would have to admit, he was half-enjoying himself. Levi decided to watch as the man approached, waiting for his moment. As the drunkard raised his leg, Levi quickly kipped up before sending a strong right straight towards the man's jawline as he kept his other hand up for defense. Choosing to go with a stick and move strategy, Levi would hop back out of range the second the execution of the punch completed, assuming he could get away.

As Mayhem brought his leg down, Levi hopped up and came out with a fist. Mayhem wouldn't see it in time due to the vodka stained vision, and it would hit home. However between Mayhem history of taking hits in the ring, factoring the drink in his system making pain hard to register. Mayhem wouldn't seem to care, however he could feel the force there was behind the punch.
"Swing like Nova's."
Mayhem would say to himself, as Levi tried to get away however, Mayhem right leg would swing out. To try and catch Levi behind the knee and then pull his left leg forward hard. Pull the limb into the waiting grasp of both of his arms. So that Mayhem could turn and slam Levi into the ground behind him, before twisting his ankle painfully having not let go.
"Shut up brain."
He muttered telling his mind to try and stop thinking about things.

Levi would have never expected such a move and it worked like a charm. Levi would shoot his other leg up, targeting the man's face with the strongest kick he could muster before he was slammed face first into the ground, Levi absorbing the impact with the sidewalk with his arms. His arms were shredded, but he had only face planted into his arms, though that didn't matter much after what happened next.
"AAAAHHH!!!"
Levi's ligaments were flexible, but only to a point. He screamed as he felt his ankle bones being forced to grind against each other in ways they were never meant to. Levi had no choice but to tap and hope the man stopped before the bones gave out and broke.
"I GIVE!!! YOU WIN!!!"
If the man let go, Levi would roll over and clutch his ankle tightly, the muscles around it spasming from the pain. The pain was not new to him, but one really never got used to having their bones mashed together like that.

Mayhem would take the kick to the face, but would turn to his cheek took the blow, and laugh as he continued. That might have actually left a bruise.
Mayhem would keep the ankle twisted for an extra second after the boy would start to shout that he gave in. Well this was annoying, maybe the boy wasn't as good as his confidence seem to imply. But as he thought before there were balls there. Letting the leg go so it would drop to the floor. Mayhem would grab the boy by the shoulder of his clothes and pull him up.
Mayhem would settle him down on to his feet, his ankle probably. Would force a arm under Levi to hold him close.
"Let's go for that walk then."
Mayhem would roar with a laugh before walking and taking Levi along with him. Mayhem wouldn't really be holding his weight. It would probably hurt for Levi to walk a little, but it wasn't like Mayhem had broke anything.

Levi breathed a sigh of relief as the man let him go. It had not been as bad as it had seemed, indicating that the man really knew what he was doing; inflicting maximum pain without severe injury.
I really stood no chance at all...who is this guy?
The man easily lifted him up and onto his feet, Levi wincing at the first application of weight on his now tender ankle. As they walked, Levi began to adapt to the pain, regaining his composure as he focused on walking in a way that minimized the pain. He couldn't help but smile as the man laughed. This was all a game to him, but still, a man didn't drink and fight like that without a reason. Levi's eyes moved to the man, placing his own arm up and onto the man's opposite shoulder.
"So, why the drinking man? Something got you down? You don't seem like the kind of guy that just drinks himself stupid every night."

Mayhem once the guy was seemingly able to walk, would take what little assistance he had away, and let the man walk completely under his own power. The question was a tricky one. The reasoning being Mayhem didn't consciously really understand what his subconscious did.
"Trying to blow off steam."
Mayhem would tell the boy, before thinking about it a little more. The fight had helped somewhat with the as short as it was. However it wasn't what he really needed, he could feel that.
"Can't seem to let loose like I normally do. Figured the drink would help."
Mayhem would add, yeah that made sense. If he drank enough nothing would hold him back, but what was holding him back. Was something holding him back. It wasn't the past, the past had never held him back before. Except when it had him physically locked up for a year. But after that he was himself again, just different at the same time. 'This is all Nova's fault' his subconscious thought and his conscious mind dismissed it.
"Why is a kid hanging around out side of clubs though. You should be in there dancing."

Levi decided not to pry as he listened to his new acquaintance. Part of him wanted to go full on counselor on the guy and figure out why he thought he couldn’t let loose, but he had just met the man and it really wasn’t his place. Levi was just glad the guy wasn’t twisting his ankle anymore. He smiled with a chuckle as he took his hand off of the man’s shoulder and began walking more normally, his ankle still sore and causing a slight limp, but it was no longer throbbing like it had been.
“Ah, well. I was just there to make sure my grandfather got home okay. Clubs aren’t really my scene; too young to drink and no real friends to go with even if I had a fake ID.”
It was a little sad, but he wasn’t worried about it at all. Good friends weren’t always easy to come by and Levi wasn’t exactly a social butterfly, though he had been slowly and steadily coming out of his shell since his first day. This school had done a lot of good for him considering its reputation. He definitely considered himself lucky to still be in one piece.
"I suppose some loud music and possibly a little trouble could do me some good..."
One thing that did stick in Levi’s head from their brief fight was the mention of Nova. Now, he had only recently learned that Cereza’s cage fighter name was Nova, and he doubted there were a lot of people with name just walking around. Still, anything was possible. After a brief silence, Levi placed his hands in his pockets, as he stared up at the sky as he spoke.
“So, back there when I punched you, you said ‘just like Nova’. Is that a person?”

Well what a stupid reason to wait around, however Mayhem so no need to mock the boy's family ties. Mayhem's ties to the people around where that of a family he had built, or joined. Those in those families had more self control then he did most of the time. So Mayhem never felt he would have to really worry for them in that way.
"I think you could do with a little less trouble, and a little more skill at dealing with it."
Mayhem would suggest, pointing out how Mayhem was trouble, and that had not really gone well for the boy. It could have been a lot lot worse.
"Ha Nova, yeah she's a person. I don't many other things that go around throwing punches."
Mayhem would say and laugh, a kind of awkward laugh. He didn't want to be telling some kid he didn't know about Cereza. Hell he wouldn't even be sure what to say right now.

Levi laughed and shook his head. His grandfather had few issues, but the stress of keeping the Yakuza off of their tails was stressful and Levi was grateful, so this was the least he could do for the man that gave he, his brother and his mother so much. Levi was a humble man, so he took no offense to the man's comment on his ability to deal with trouble, though his voice took a serious tone towards the end of his statement, his face hardening.
"You're right about that...but it will not stay that way..."
Levi, quickly realizing how serious he had made the mood, decided to go back to their previous topic as he broke into a wide smile. Levi would ask one more question before revealing Cereza's name to a perfect stranger. If they knew the same woman, who cared? And if he didn't know her, then Levi would refrain from mentioning her name.
"So this Nova wouldn't by chance be a cage fighter at a certain underground bar would she?"
Emphasis on that last word since the man had not told Levi that Nova was a woman.

So the boy here knew of Cereza, and the underground fight club, well that was most likely the pit. Mayhem however would deflect, he would answer but then more on a rapidly as he possibly could away from the subject of Cereza. He was too drunk to be talking about her, he would probably say something he didn't want to.
"Yeah that's her. So you're are in to fighting?"
Mayhem would give a roar of a laugh, and standing to his full height look down at Levi, which wasn't by much really, but the intent was there.
"Boy I'm Damien Caine. Owner of the largest and still above board fighting club in the city. It's a shame though, you had just missed a contest of people your age."
Mayhem would introduce, probably putting in perspective why Levi had lost so easily to Mayhem. It wasn't like Mayhem was the greatest fighter to ever enter his ring, but as far as everyone else knew he was.
