Welcome delinquents to PHS #552. A few reminders, no rough housing, no running in the hallways, no cheating, and no talking back to your teachers. Beyond that, enjoy yourselves. After all these are the years you’ll look back on, and remember, you mother fuckers peaked too early.

A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

PA: "School Captain Austin Huntsman, please report to Mr. Amakusa's office. School Captain Austin Huntsman, please report to Mr. Amakusa's office."
Takehiro sat at his desk with a file containing info on the Apex Warriors MC, from their founding, all the way up to today. He had information on all members, past and present, and all of their "business" practices and partners, including ties with Yannick Haas. With his son being involved with them, Takehiro needed to take care of their record, and insure it could not be used against him, his family, or the Reform, now or in the future. It was because of this that he called Austin to his office.

Knuckles had been killing time in the pillar office when he heard the announcement over the intercom. His curiosity would get the best of him. He guessed he was going to have to get a little use to people calling on him considering his new position as the School Captain. Austin knew Mr. A from gym class, but he had never really had any one on one conversations with him.
Just barely five minutes would pass before Knuckles approached the office door. The 'super-freshman' would knock firmly a few times on the office door, his left hand pressing against the wall, right hand slicking his hair back out of habit as he patiently waited.

"Step inside, please, and take a seat."
Takehiro turned the file around and opened it, allowing Austin to see the words APEX WARRIORS MC in large print on the first page of the file. He leaned back in his seat, taking a cup of tea from its coaster and placing it to his lips. A drink, and it was placed back down.
"Tell me how you met my son. Macht."

Austin give the teacher a nod as he went into the office. He wouldn't sit though. Instead he would stroll around the office before standing in front of the desk, hands in his pockets. His eyebrow raising a little when he saw the cover-sheet in front of him.
"Ahh, you're Macht's old man? I met him in the bathroom in school. I liked the vibe I got, so I invited him to hang out."

"I see." Takehiro pulled his chair forward a little and sat his forearms on the desk. "I'm not sure if you aware, but Macht is... an important person. He is the face of my family's Reform Act, our pride and joy, and I'm certain you can see how troubling it can be for a man in my position to have his son involved with a group like yours." He cleared his throat and waited a moment, allowing Austin to take that in.
"I need you to be straight with me, Mr. Huntsman. What has your "group" been involved in?"

"Well, ahh.. We do a lot of things. The older guys run a bar in the city and we've also got a legitimate auto shop.. But I'll be honest, these days things we're kinda riding the grey line. There has been some complications recently."
Knuckles would shrug, allowing himself to relax a little more before he sat down and leaned back in his chair. He figured there was little reason to lie with what was sitting on the desk in front of him, which he picked up to skim through as he spoke.
"For the most part.. We like our guns. That's the money maker. We run very.. democratically, vote on this and that. My guys are free to do whatever side business they want. Some choose less.. respectful trades. But we are all free men."

Takehiro nodded, respecting Austin's honesty. Many people wouldn't show it, even with overwhelming evidence thrown in their faces, so Takehiro would definitely remember this show of character. A sigh escaped the giant's lips, and he ran a hand through his hair.
"And this business you have with Yannick Haas? The man is an up-and-coming drug lord, and I can place you as having business deals of some sort. I will be honest, I have no way of knowing what these deals are, but the fact that I could obtain this information with very little effort means others could as well. I would like to ask you what this business was about."

"Ahh, Yannick.. Well, he was interested in surplus fire-arms. First and only time I've actually met him. I don't deal in drugs myself, so I didn't take anything that wasn't green."
Truth with half-truth. Knuckles wasn't about to mention the Jekhlyde, very few people knew about it. Austin wasn't about to let the cat out of the bag if this guy didn't. He would lean forward and slap the information on the desk before raising his elbows and resting the back of his hands on his head.
"Satisfied? Didn't think I was walking into an interrogation, Officer A."

Takehiro nodded, still noting the honesty - as far as he knew - that Austin was providing. The man took the file and slid it closer to himself, before flipping through its contents. He had to do something about this, and while it seemed like an interrogation at first, Austin was likely to be satisfied with the turn it would take.
"I apologize for the questions, Mr. Huntsman, but this is all quite necessary," Takehiro began. "But I would like to make a proposal, of sorts. I can make all of this go away, but to do so, I need you to sign onto the Reform Act."

"And what the hell is that?"
An honest question. The leader of Apex had never heard of it before. He assumed it had something to do with this school, but he supposed he would wait on an answer to find out, instead of guessing. Knuckles would pat the back of his head lightly as he waited.

Takehiro smiled plainly, taking a second file out from his desk labeled "Reform VP" and slid it out to Austin. It held information regarding the act and the people involved, with Macht being the first file, if he cared to look.
"A program of sorts, that takes the less reputable youth and turns them into more model youngsters. The youth in concern are those at this school, and my method of dealing with the problem is very different from that of Mr. Krane." Takehiro would give Knuckles a moment to look over the file, or ask any questions he may have had.

Austin would reach for more paper work, this time on the reform act in which Mr. Amakusa was talking about. Knuckles wasn't so sure he could put his name to just anything without knowing more details. That was just who he was. He skim the pages before popping out a question.
"What exactly are you trying to do here with this? I can see why some reject the current system.. What makes you think your idea will go over better?"

"For starters, Krane's method condones bloodshed, whereas mine does not," Takehiro started plainly. The two were polar opposites in their methods, despite being so close in ideals. "We take the troubled youth and give them outlets, methods to vent their frustrations, and "rewards," you could say, for their good behavior. One could argue it is a form of reedcuation, and I could not entirely disagree with that." Takehiro pulled out a bottle of water from the bottom drawer in his desk, offering one to Austin.
"I believe my idea will work because it has already shown progress, which you can see in those files. Macht, before I adopted him, was a common street thug, and is now the face of one of the most successful non-profit organizations on this side of the country."
