Shiro would be walking down the hallways past students old and new. hew would walk down the stairs and cut corners heading for the rear entrance of the gym. As the doors slid open he wasn't too thrilled about becoming a reform student but he figured he'd get on the good side of some people and get macht off his back. As he crossed the gym he would head to Mr.Amakusa's office and knock on the door
"Mr.Amakusa it's Shiro. I'd like to join the reform team or whatever its called"

"Come in," Takehiro shouted from his desk. He was going through some paperwork, particularly dealing with the Reform Act, so this little meeting caught him off guard. He would look up when Shiro walked in, a small smile forming on his face. A hand would gesture for the boy to take a seat, and he would also be offered some ice cold water.
"It's the Reform Act, firstly," the giant began with a chuckle. "And secondly, what sparked your interest in this, if I may ask? Don't get me wrong, I appreciate it, but it is... sudden."

Shiro would gladly take the water and be seated. He'd take a small sip from the cup and say.
"Future. Or better yet the things I plan to do require me to become a reform student. Might even get my sentence reduced and get my P.O off my back. And even if not screw it. Might as well try and do something in this school if I'm gonna be here. Better to build it up then tear it down right?"

Takehiro nodded. The reasoning was as good as any, really.
"You do understand what comes with being a Reform Student? My Reform Students are the face of the school, they show the progress we make in bettering the kids here. If you think you can uphold that image - and that means you can't start fights on campus, or even have frequent tardies, and you certainly cannot be involved in anything shady - then I will sign you on."
The giant would wait to see if Shiro was still alright with this. There were a few things Takehiro didn't say, but it was better this way.

"I'm pretty much confined to the state of new york and new york only. How much more trouble can I get in? Plus if you ask you're start macht the other day I stopped a brawl in the hallway. I said some rather unpleasant things but as a Reform student I will bite my tongue and treat it as any other job I've had. So yes I'm ready."
Shiro would immediately think about his ties with mayhem, his future with yannick if there ever was to be one, his old life as an assassin and how he just went off and did a job recently. ~Fuck it school can't control what I do outside and no one will find out I'm not that sloppy~

Takehiro nodded, pulling out a form and passing it to Shiro, along with a pen. It was a contract, of sorts, signing him onto the act and holding him fully accountable of his actions from that point on. If he did any reading, it would state that he would technically be an ally to the government of New York, and some other fancy wording like that. He was also expected to attend any meetings the Reform held, among many other miscellaneous duties that came with the territory.
"Well then, Mr. Yukimura, sign and date on the bottom, and you're as good as in."

Shiro would take the form and sign the paper quickly. "So thats it?"

"You will have a formal induction within the month, along with all the others who have signed on. At that point, you will be recognized as a protector of the public." Takehiro smiled and nodded. "That's it."
