Tsubame sat on the roof, lounging on the bench up there. In her hands was a tablet with all the information that she had gather up until this point. She was still not sure if the pillar system was going to work here. The riot that had happened was not helping the case to keep the pillar system in place though to be fair it had proven that the regulators were not enough either. Pulling up the file that she had labeled Yannick she was still not sure what to put into it as her memories were still hazy.
Putting the tablet down she put her hands to her temples as she let out a long sigh. "What am I going to do, the police do not seem to want to get involved and I am far too weak to do anything to stop most of the people here." She shakes her head as she thinks. Macht had told her that if she kept training she would get stronger but she was not sure if that was going to be enough. "What am I going to do?"

Sonny had been on the roof scooping things out, he'd yet put on his Sam disguise or more like he was taking a rest from it. He only really used it in class and took it off in private, the roof although not completely private it was enough to be himself. Sonny was about to play his harmonica when he spotted a girl not far away, she'd been speaking to herself about police and not being strong enough to face the people around here. She sighed and asked the heavens or whomever about what she was going to do, he sighed and jumped from his slightly higher position.
"Why don't you find a like minded alley, I'm going on a limb and risking things here. But I'm hoping you're invested in changing things here, I'm Sonny Vivas. A detective, although I'm not here to learn about the school as my targets are more specific. I'd be willing to help a fellow seeker of truth, if you're willing to try" expressed Sonny with a smile and an extended hand. Hoping he wasn't trusting the wrong person as he couldn't have his name truly known here, otherwise his twin targets would be gone with the wind. "I'm here undercover though, so please keep it on the down low" added Sonny.

Tsubame snapped her head forward as she heard the voice. Had she been so lost in her own world that she had failed to notice someone coming? She needed more training, this much was clear. Still listening to what he was saying she was shocked to find out that there was another detective here at this school. Maybe the two of them could work better together.
Getting up she put her tablet into her jacket before holding out her hand "I'm Tsubame, and I'm undercover here to try and see if the Pillar systems is an idea that can work..though given the situation well things are different" She smiled at the detective though she still did not fully trust his word.

The girls name was Tsubame and he'd remember that, her appearance reminded him of something but he robed it off as a six degrees fau par. He shock her hand as she explained that she was here to look over the infamous pillar system, something he too had looked into before coming. He wasn't one to go undercover without some research, as such he'd looked into the history and purpose of this place. He didn't like anything about this place, it wasn't even trying to rehabilitate these juvenile criminals. Which made it's violent system all that more idiotic and pointless, but he wasn't going to express his opinions on it since Tsubame was investigating the system itself.
Though he could see a little dejection in eyes and doubt in her words, he gave a half smile before deciding to speak again. "I'll be glad to help where I can, as I'm after twin serial killers. I'd heard they'd came here, they're likely plotting something horrible. And I'd like to try and stop it, and bring them back to Europe to answer for their crimes. They've committed unspeakable crimes across many nations including my own" explained Sonny who had a slight amount of sorrow in his last words. As these twin serial killers had taken his high school sweetheart from him, mailing her back to him in pieces as a cruel joke.

Tsubame mulled over his words as he spoke. Seems her was after some serial killers then? Seemed strange that they would send someone so young. Even she had not been given any tasks with that level of importance or risk. This made her a bit doubtful about the validity of his claims but she would trust him for now. After all having another ally in the police department.
"Sorry to say I have not seen any twins here yet...that being said I would be more than happy to help you find them. Of course you would have to give me access to the files on them and their cases." this was not a test of anything but without the information there was nothing she could do to help.
