A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

Reginald Weaver, one of the head Regulators, sat in his office at the school. With the recent attack and many of his men having lost their lives, he was struggling to go through their insurance and replacements, among other things. He needed support and manpower, of course, and these were things he was not be amply provided by the headmaster

Tsubame had been on the roof when two regulators had approached her. Telling her that she was to come with them she was immediately suspicious. However she knew that she was not yet strong enough to take the two regulators in a fight and as such she got up, put her hat back on and followed them off the roof.
She was lead to am office as she was bid to enter. Looking around Tsubame looked at the man behind the desk and figured that she was the one whom had summoned her. She was still not quite sure why she was here but she was here now. "Hello sir, I'm guessing that you are the one who wanted to speak with me then?"

"Ah, Tsubame, hello." Reginald smiled when the woman was brought in and he offered her a seat on the opposite side of his desk. "I have some files on you, including information on your... arrangement." He waited a moment to see how she would react to that. It was sealed information, but being the man he was, Reginald had connections that would make most kingpins cry.
"I'd like to offer you a position as a Regulator. You won't need to skulk around and act, anymore."

Tsubame sat down as she watched him move then comment on her files. At first she was sure that he would not know about her..arrangement. After all the police had that under lock and key so she was slightly surprised when when he flat out mentioned it....or did he? This could be bait to make her reveal herself. As such she would play it cool.
"I should not be surprised that you know about me, a man in your position after all has his contacts." She leaned back in her chair as he spoke. "So why would you want me as a Regulator? I am not very strong as a fighter..you must know that"

Reginald simply nodded, figuring the questions would come in sooner or later. Truth be told, they were going to take anyone they could get, at this point, but that wasn't what he was going to tell her. No, he'd sugarcoat things for now. Do what needs to be done.
"Anyone can be given training and grow to be a strong fighter. Not everyone has as colorful of a background as you at your age. I believe you'd be a perfect fit, and after a bit of grooming, you'll be able to hold your own as one of us."

Tsubame could tell she was being patronized but still, this position of power might actually allow her to do some good here at the school. Also she was sure that the police would be pleased that she had managed to get a bit deeper into the system. nodding she had made up her mind.
Despite that though she would not seem eager to jump in. "So then..if I join what would I be getting? It seems you need me but I do not necessarily need to join your group" she leaned forward as she smiled "I suppose what I'm saying is, what is in it for me?"

The woman seemed to be at least decently intelligent. This wasn't a bad thing, no, but the inquisitive nature of the young was always something Reginald found to be annoying. People asked too many questions, and that was why they never accomplished enough.
"Unlimited access to the school's files and the Regulator armory, for starters. On top of this, it's a paid position, and you already come to school anyway. Why not receive compensation for it?"
This was the simplest of ways Reginald felt like stating the possible benefits of the position.

Tsubame tapped her chin a few times before nodding "Very well I will join under the clause that I make my own calls while in the field." She had no intention of becoming someone else's tool but this seemed like too good an opportunity to pass up. She had seen some of the regulators go way to far in the past and by joining them she hoped ot change them from the inside.
Another thought hit her as she reached into her jacket and pulled out her training revolver setting it on the desk. "Two questions, will I still need to carry this around and what...I suppose it would be rank in this group would I be given?"

Reginald simply chuckled at the demand that she make her own calls. In general, Regulators did as they pleased, but they all listened to their commanding officer. No matter how badly they needed people, the hierarchy would not be disrupted because someone thought they were better.
"There is a ladder. The newbies start at the bottom rung. Think of it like a private in the military. Over time, you climb this ladder. Give it a little time, and you'll be the one calling the shots. And, as for that," he said, pointing to the revolver. "Whether or not you continue to use it is up to you."

Tsubame picked up her gun as she nodded. It seemed that everything was going as she had expected. She was going to be a private and that made perfect sense. She also knew that she was going to have to follow the commander's orders and that too was fine. "Alright then...I understand" She picked her gun back up as she put it back into her shoulder holster.
She held out her hand to shake it "If you will have me then I shall be your new recruit" She smiled at him as she thought about how she woudl be able to use this to try and make the school an actual better palce.

Standing to his feet, Reginald took the woman's hand and shook it, a grin crossing his lips. He pulled a small box out from his desk and handed it to her, giving her a mark of her new status at the school. Refusing to accept it wasn't an option, as it was what would signify her being a Regulator.
"For now, adorn the badge and go about your business as you will. There will be training in the near future."
--- Tsubame receives: Regulator's Badge: +3 Wis

Tsuabme took the badge and pinned it to the outside of her jacket. She had always hoped to wear a shield one day and it would seem that that day had come a bit sooner than she had thought. "I understand, thank you very much for the opportunity" She would get up and exit thinking about how this was going to effect others opinions of her.
