Tsubame sat in the empty cafeteria a tray of food in front of her. While it did not seem out of place at first if one took a closer look at the food it was clear the the food was of a higher quality than what was normally served at the school. It was one of the perks of being a regulator, she had access to some of the better food. She had gotten herself a burger along with a salad and some fries, not too healthy but far better tasting.
As she ate she looked over the student files she had been given access to flipping through them. It was a lot of work going over each student file but she had time, there was no hurry. Pausing she arrived at the next file, a girl named Vivian Perish. "hmmmm.." taking a bite of her sandwich she set the burger down as she looked over the file. "Nothing much here then again not many of these files have much in them outside the basics..hang on...what this" she noticed that much of the file was blacked out "Now that is odd...I wonder why this is"

Vivi sat down with her tray of food and poked at it a bit, while somewhat lost in thought. She lifted her eyes a spotted a blue haired girl a few seats away with food that honestly looked a lot more appetizing. What gives? The girl had some pretty expensive looking clothing on, and was going through some kind of files. Maybe she was a regulator or something? Then again, Vivi didn't know if she'd ever seen someone that young with the job.
The girl seemed confused about something as she went through her files. Though she was curious, Vivi knew better than to ask what was bothering her. Instead, she'd ask something else.
"Hey, can I have some of your french fries? The food they're serving today's total shit."

Tsubame looked up as she heard someone ask her for some french fries. Truth be told she was probably not going to finish her whole meal. "Yeah yeah sure you can have some" Pushing the plate of fries over to the girl she looked up to see that it was Vivi. She did an internal double take as she turns off the tablet and slides it into her jacket. She would look over the file later, maybe she could get a bit of information just by talking to her.
Setting her Burger down she turned to face Vivi in her seat. Tapping her forehead a few times she snaps her fingers "You are..Vivi right? I've seen you around but I do not believe that we have had much time to actually speak to each other" Holding out a hand she smiled. "My name is Tsubame, it is very nice to meet you"

Vivi honestly hadn’t expected the girl to share her fries, but she did, so what the hey? It’d had been months upon fricken months since she had some of this stuff.
“Thanks, lady,” she grinned at the girl and picked up one of the fries, before taking a bite. She propped her elbow up on the table and rested her chin on her palm, as she watched the other girl quickly turn off her tablet and slip it in her jacket
“You recognize me? I mean of course you do, I'm totally famous,” Vivi joked, a smile tugging at the corner of her mouth. Vivi knew she was far from it, as she did her best not to stick out. She reached out and shook the girl’s hand.
“Good to meet you Tsubame, ‘You a regulator?”
