A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

”Er! Please... give it back!”
Zoe looked up, a cold sweat on her face as her pale brown eyes stared up. In front of the tiny girl were three jockish like older students. They were holding what appeared to be a violin case. They certainly didn't look to be the type to play music. The three would jeer down at Zoe, sniggering as they watched the girl struggle to reach the violin case they held over her head. ”P... please! It's important!” she'd beg, chewing on her lower lip.
As she looked down, biting down on her lip once more in anxiety, one of the jock's hands shot forward to snatch the clarinet case she had been holding under her arm. Zoe would try to hold onto it tightly, protesting. ”Please don't!” However, the jock would push her down, tossing the clarinet case up and down, pretending as if was about to drop it. Zoe's face flashed with fear with each toss.
”Stop it!”

Vivi shuffled along, hands stuffed in her jacket pockets as she made her way through the courtyard. The girl had become increasingly less timid since the Riot incident and being constantly beat up on by larger students, but at the same time, she’d become somewhat more withdrawn. She spoke more confidently, but she was far less open to socializing than she used to be. Vivi noticed however, that she had a soft spot for girls, especially smaller ones. Probably because she could relate to them, so she was often kinder and a bit less harsh with them.
Just as she was thinking this, she happened upon three big dudes picking on some poor girl. What the hell? She was probably less than five feet tall, and weighed like four pounds. Vivi’s brow furrowed in disgust and she grit her teeth. It reminded her of when she was a newbie, and those bastards Knuckles and Lex, who were easily much larger than she was, decided to kick her ass for no reason. She’d ended up in the emergency room after that, which wasn’t fun to say the very least.
“Put her stuff down and get the fuck out of here before I rip out your spines and beat you with'em.”
There wasn’t much malice in her voice, mostly it was just irritation and a hint of boredom. When she’d first transferred she’d never have made such a claim, but as far as she knew she was one of the fastest students around, she could take these guys… right? It was too late to back out now anyway.
“Girl, you’re a shrimp and there’s three of us. Maybe we’ll just kick your ass and go right back to having fun?” one of the jocks snickered.
“Reconsider,” Vivi replied simply, coming to a stop a few feet away from them.
The jocks exchanged glances before setting the girls instruments down. However, one of them charged at Vivi.
God dammit… they’re so stubborn.
The guy threw a punch, which seemed painfully slow to Vivi. She jerked her head to the side, avoiding the blow and sent a devastating knee slamming into his groin. He crumpled to the ground clutching his man hood.
The other too started swearing at her and charged. Though they each started their attack around the same time, one of them punched before the other. Vivi would simply slide slightly toward the other hostile on her right, dodging the first attack and bringing her elbow and pointed directly at the second kid's throat. In one fluid motion, she’d slam her elbow into one of her opponent's throats before bringing the fist of the same arm across her body and connecting with the left jaw of the other guy.
This left each of them incapacitated in their own way: One of them grasping at his throat on the ground while the other one fell unconscious from the precision punch. Quick work, all in all, so she’d turn her attention toward the small girl with the glasses.
"Did they hurt you or anything? I could walk you to the nurse's office if you'd like."
(I'm sorry that turned out so long XD I needed to get those bullies out of the way. I promise my other ones will be shorter~)

When the girl arrived, Zoe's heart froze. Oh no... was this another bully? Silently, she'd watch, her eyes widening as the newcomer seemed to defend her. Gulping, Zoe shifted her gaze down to the ground. The girl was only a few inches taller than her. Gulping, Zoe paled as the girl didn't back down after the jocks tried to tell her off. Oh no... she thought, squeezing her eyes shut in fear. The girl was going to get hurt trying to stand up to three large boys at the same time. Zoe wanted to help, but she'd be of no use. Zoe was painfully aware of that.
When the jock threw a punch at the other girl, she covered her face. Zoe was still sitting on the ground after being tossed down by the jock. She didn't want to watch what they were about to do to the brave girl. However, instead of her screams, she heard grunts of pain. Opening her eyes slightly, Zoe watched the girl deal with all three of the boys rather quickly. Gulping, her gaze shifted to the rather strong girl, paling. Was she going to try and extort her or something..?
Zoe sighed with relief as the girl asked if she was alright. Looking off to the side, she spoke softly as she stood, brushing off her dress. ”Yeah... I'm fine... um..” She kept her head down as she spoke, trying not to look aggressive at all. She'd walk over to the instrument cases, her face red. ”Thank you for helping me... I'm sorry you had to get involved miss,” she spoke softly. From her outfit, it was clear that Zoe was new to the school. She was still dressing like she attended a private academy. The girl stood out like a sore thumb and appeared to be a very easy target for bullying.

Vivi noted the girls look of fear when she first approached her, but was glad to see her relax a bit upon realizing she didn’t have bad intentions. She was so small and timid… and on top of that, she seemed like a sweet kid. These were the kind of kids she felt needed protecting, not only because they were physically weak, but because kind, soft-spoken people were hard to come by around here.
“Hey, don’t sweat it. Those guys had it coming, y’know what I’m saying?” Vivi shrugged her shoulders and the corner of her mouth turned up in a slight smile, “I’m glad you’re okay.”
Vivi couldn’t help but notice the girl’s attire. It was very pretty in her opinion, but definitely unusual. It probably made her stick out a bit more too, which wasn’t too great when most of the people at your school were potential bullies.
“I’m Vivi, by the way. ‘You new here?”

Zoe shifted her gaze to the side, her face turning red as the girl spoke. This was really the first female student she had a conversation with... well, unless being shot in the face by a water gun counted as a conversation. Zoe didn't think it did. She smiled weakly, giving the girl a soft and polite bow of the head. ”Ah... still, thank you for helping me...” she spoke softly. ”A lot of people at this school would have just walked by...” She sighed as she spoke, rubbing the back of her head while her eyes glanced up to the sky for a brief moment.
She nodded softly as Vivi asked if she was new here. Zoe really did stick out huh? ”Er, yes.. I transferred here a couple of days ago...” As she spoke, her gaze shifted off to the side. It was always so awkward saying she had transferred here. After all, this was a school for trouble children. That meant, everyone here had caused problems bad enough to be sent here from their old school.

Vivi found her self smiling a bit when she watched the girl. She was so awkward, kind of like Vivi when she first got there. It was kind of adorable, and it also made Vivi want to help her feel more comfortable. How she'd do that, Vivi had no idea. She didn't make an effort to have friendly interactions with people often.
"Everybody's gotta be a scrub at some point, you shoulda seen me," Vivi chuckled, "I didn't know what to make of this place."
She paused a moment before asking another question.
"Do you get picked on like that a lot? I don't usually see that many guys ganging up on one small girl."

Zoe blinked as the girl watched her. Did she had something in her hair? Her teeth? The girl shifted her gaze to the side timidly as she rubbed the back of her hair, secretly looking for anything that might be stuck in it. When Vivi spoke, Zoe bit down on her lower lip nervously. She didn't really want to be as use to the chaos of this school as Vivi was. Zoe wanted to go back to her old school as soon as possible. She didn't think getting use to having to fight would help her with that. While she was grateful to Vivi for helping her, Zoe wasn't too fond of what she had said.
”Um... I really... rather wouldn't get use to this place and grow violent..” she spoke softly, her voice barely a whisper as she shifted her gaze to the side. When Vivi questioned her, she bit down on her lower lip once more, a habit that stemmed from anxiety. ”Well... kind of..” she mumbled.
”They... can tell I dont belong here.”

The girl’s words got the gears working in the young violet haired girl’s brain. Vivi didn’t often show what she felt on the outside, but for now, chewing her bottom lip and furrowing her brow slightly were the extent of her outward emotions. She’d often thought about the fact that she’d allowed the school to change her.
When Vivi’d first joined, she was very quiet and timid, avoiding violence whenever possible. But now… she was brash with her speech and actions and got into scrapes on a daily basis. While adjusting had done her some good for now, it wouldn't do her much in the long run.
Vivi resumed a calm look, and the corner of her mouth turned up in a wry smile.
“That’s understandable. Kudos to you for fighting the peer pressure,” Vivi chuckled, but stopped herself at the girl's last comment.
“Not belonging here’s probably a good thing though… Most kid’s who came here committed some kind of crime or didn’t want to conform to the rules of society— that kind of shit,” she began, “Well… it's not like you didn’t know that. But at least you don’t blend in with us losers, right?”

Zoe looked down, her face growing red as the girl seemed to think in silence. Catching sight of the weird smile, Zoe gulped before smiling weakly. The brown haired girl really looked too faint to be in this kind of school. What kind of crime could someone like Zoe have possibly committed? Did she hit someone with a dictionary or something? Who knew.
”Er... gee thanks...” she mumbled, looking to the ground. When Vivi continued to speak, she looked up, gasping softly as she covered her mouth. ”Er no! I didn't mean that... not like that!” she said, shaking her head. ”I don't think any of you are losers! I just..” Her voice trailed off as she glanced to the side thoughtfully.
”I've never been violent or got into fights at all... I just dont fit in with a school this... fight-y and conflict filled.”

“Nah, I wasn’t saying you were calling us losers. I’m the one calling us losers… ‘cause that’s kind of what we are,” Vivi shrugged. At her next words, Vivi just nodded.
“Yeah… so what happened? How did someone like yourself end up here?”
Vivi couldn't imagine the girl had committed some kind of crime. Maybe something small like theft, but the kids here were here because of crimes pertaining to violence. This girl was the absolute opposite of a violent kid, or so it seemed. So how did she end up there?

Zoe sighed with relief as Vivi said she wasn't offended. Thank god. She knew the other girl could easily wipe the floor with her. Looking down, she shrugged softly. ”No... I don't think you're all losers...” she mumbled. Her eyes shifted off to the side, ”Er... like... everyone here is so confident and... um I'm sure everyone will end up living life fearlessly however they want to here.”
When Vivi asked what she did, Zoe looked down to the ground, frowning. What could she say? If she told the truth, a faculty member could overhear. That'd get her brother in trouble... But, Zoe didn't like saying she was the one who attacked those boys. She'd shrug softly, letting out a deep breath. ”Nothing worth talking about... sorry.”

“There are a good deal of people around here that are pretty great, but it seems like most people around here are just out to prove themselves,” she sighed, “Maybe they are confidant, but I get the feeling a lot of it’s feigned… I’m not sure.”
Vivi shrugged her shoulders, and bit her bottom lip. She couldn't say she wasn’t one of those kids who just wanted to prove themselves. It wasn’t an ambition of hers anymore, but back when she first transferred, she’d been anxious to show the school she could be strong too. While that was mostly behind her, she hated being reminded of all the ways she’d been bent to become just like everyone else.
She raised her eye brows when the girl dismissed her question.
“Alrighty, I won’t pry,” she chuckled softly, “But there is one other thing I’d to know. What’s your name?”

Zoe nodded along as Vivi spoke, agreeing with her in silence. Was this how speaking to other female students at this school was like? To be honest, Vivi was the first girl Zoe had actually spoken to. It was strange... But she seemed to mostly just run into boys. However, she supposed it wasn't that unusual that there'd be more boys than girls in a school like this, right?
When Vivi asked her name, she smiled softly. "Oh, um, my name is Zoe!" she spoke, rubbing the back of her head she looked off to the side. "Er sorry... I should have introduced myself earlier... that was rude of me."

Vivi waved on of her hands as if shooing the apology away.
“Don’t sweat it,” she grinned, “It’s nice to officially meet you, Zoe.”
She paused a moment, before pulling a note pad and a pen from her back pack. She removed the cap and scribbled on the corner of the paper a bit, before scrawling something out. She ripped off the piece of paper, and handed it to the girl.
“Here's my number,” she said, “If you ever get in a situation and need a bit of help, or want some self defense training, don’t hesitate to contact me. I’m no pro, but as far as I know, sparring tends to help people get stronger.”
Vivi knew the girl wouldn't likely take any interest in learning to fight, but she had a feeling after the girl had seen the worst this place had to offer, she might just change her mind. If that did happen, she wanted to do her best to help this girl get stronger.

Zoe smiled weakly in Vivi's direction, nodding her head softly. "I'm happy to officially meet you too Vivi," she spoke. As the dark haired girl began to take out a notebook and write something down, she cocked a brow curiously. What was she doing? When she held the paper out to Zoe, the girl's eyes widened. Was she giving her a phone number? Her cheeks turned red as she took it, smiling weakly.
"Ah... thanks! I'll try to keep that in mind," she spoke as her eyes looked down to look at the paper in her hands. Her eyes widened silently. This was the first time anyone had ever given her a phone number. Back at her old academy, no one gave numbers out. Or at least, they never gave them to her. "E..er... my number..." she mumbled as she put the paper away into her pocket and pulled out her own phone. It was an ancient nokia phone, probably older than Vivi or Zoe. "Er, it's this if you want to write it down..." she spoke, holding out the phone with the number towards the girl.
