A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

Yukine Kasai APP ■ Fourteen ■ Male ■ Straight ■ Faceclaim - Naruto  If I GIVE UP NOW, I'M NO BETTER THAN YOU Introduction, Introductions Yukine was laying on the roof doing absolutely nothing, he has just finished up a few things, like recruiting the new girl Yvette into the gang, so right now, he was chillaxing a lot, just waiting for something to pop up, he was actually thinking of going to buy himself a sword, he really wanted a sword, he digged swords, he was going to get himself a nice shiny sword, a pointy one, one that could stab things... obviously... thats... what swords do, well he'd rather wait till later to do that, he was lazy just now, he couldn't really be bothered moving from the roof, so he'd chill here for an hour or two, observing everything in the day sky. Even more About two hours later, yukine would lift himself up, get ready and head off the roof towards the entrance of the school, maybe he should get to know some of the people in his gang more? He knew alex decently, he knew musashi very well and that was about it, he knew about Yvette who was going to be joining but he knew nothing about Ruby, Finn or dan, which was bad if he was going to be the right hand man. First on his list was Ruby;
Establish a relationship with her. To do
Grow a bond of trust. To do.
Where would he even find someone like Ruby, he knew nothing about her, nothing at all.
Yukine would run around the school looking for Ruby, with no luck, so he'd sit in the courtyard, in the pouring rain, on a bench, getting drenched, hoping that by /MIRACLE/ Ruby would appear to come talk to him "Well, I doubt that'll happen at all" he'd lean back and close his eyes as the rain hit his face. Of course, there was no way that Yukine could possibly know anything about Ruby. Even Musashi, whom Ruby actually trusted, knew little about her. And that's the way she wanted it. She felt if anyone were to know anything about her, they would automatically hate her...
But, that was just her.
However, Yukine was very wrong in the sense that it wouldn't take a miracle for Ruby to, by chance, show up. In fact, the reason it'd been so hard to find her was probably because he was looking in all of the wrong places... like classrooms and lunchrooms, and logical places like that. No, Ruby wouldn't be found anywhere like that because she was, in fact, irrational.
So during this rainy day, what was Ruby doing? Well, she'd wished she'd been inside with the other students, but because of the rain, no one ever went outside and thus she would be alone. The white-haired girl would be dangling up-side-down from a tree branch, pulling herself up before falling back down again. She remembered Dan had given her some extreme training routines to get stronger, since she very much admired his strength, but she didn't have any tires to drag around... and thus, she was doing sit-ups from a tree. The very tree that she'd met Dan, actually.
She smiled a bit at the memory, but her violet eye widened when she was upside down, for now someone had come into her view from not to far away.
Yukine.
She had no idea what he was doing out in the rain, much less sitting in the courtyard, but he was looking like a loner. She remembered Musashi saying he was a loser, or... something like that.
The girl would climb down from the tree and put the hood of her cloak up, shielding her from the rain as she silently snuck up on the blonde. She'd take her hat and put it on his head, the brim protecting his face from the rain.
"What in heaven's name are you doing out in the rain?" She asked aloud, still standing behind him, though he likely knew of her presence since she'd put her hat on him...

Ruby would raise an eyebrow at his explanation. He seemed to ramble on a little bit about the rain and how he liked it, but she couldn't help but to retort, "Oh? And just what would you know about sins?" She scoffed lightly at the word, and she didn't genuinely believe he knew much of the subject other than sins being when you did something bad. Still, it was a topic that she didn't like to cross often, it reminding her of the times she did use to spend in a church...
She would sit down next to him and ask, "What do you mean by that? About the Titans, I mean... it's alright, I suppose. Why do you ask?" She wasn't sure why he was so curious, nor why it mattered. After all, it was none of his business anyway, so why did he even care what she thought about the gang? "I'm not going to rebel, if that's what you mean."

"Huh..." Ruby would butter slightly, looking at the boy. "So then you're just trying to be nice and get to know me better...?" She would look away, frowning slightly. It seemed odd, but it made sense. She really was just joining Titans to be by Musashi's side, and she was glad Dan was there, as well as a few familiar faces... but she didn't really see why getting to know one-another was such a big deal. Musashi seemed to think it was important, too.
"Huh," she'd say. "Not much to get to know, really... what about you? You're Musashi's right-hand man, correct? That's what he referred to you as... so, you two must be pretty close, then? Musashi seems really nice and I trust him, which is more than I can say for you." Ruby would pause a moment. That sounded pretty rude, and it wasn't that Yukine seemed mean, it's just that she didn't trust him... but then, who did she trust? Next to no one. "Um... I didn't mean that. I mean, you seem like you're alright, too..."
She really wasn't one for words today...

Yukine Kasai APP ■ Fourteen ■ Male ■ Straight ■ Faceclaim - Naruto If I GIVE UP NOW, I'M NO BETTER THAN YOU Introduction, Introductions Yukine wasn't really listening to her to be honest, he simply wanted to get to know her, not listen to the fact that she didn't trust him and only really liked musashi "Well, to be honest, I don't care if you grow to hate and despise me, we're in this group together, let it be known we should be able to trust each other, a gang isn't meant to be a place where everyone distrusts each other, sure that's how many gangs nowadays work but musashi is working damn hard to make sure we rise above those other gangs and to do that we need to be able to trust each other to be able to work with each other and most ultimately, be able to communicate... if you were about to be killed, sure you can admit you might not want my help but that doesn't deny the fact that you wouldn't want to be saved, even if you truly wanted to die, somewhere deep down, you'd have a shred of regret lingering forever, that would forever torment you, so if we get to know one another we don't have to worry about all that happening at all really, I mean, distrust me, hate me, whatever I don't really care, I just need to be able to communicate with you and to be able to work with you, that's the true purpose of a gang... and I guess you could say me and musashi are close" Yukine would stand up and walk forward a little "When I was younger and still in japan, he was the only friend I had, besides Ty, anyway, after awhile my Town was attacked, my family were slaughtered and my sister was killed and musashi thought I was among those that died, yet many, many years later, I ended up meeting musashi here and he had all this gang stuff going on, so yeah... sorta irrelevant but whatever" Yukine would then walk over to the bench, sit down again and close his eyes once more. Ruby would be shocked at his little speech, not really expecting it. She really didn't trust anybody, but she supposed he was right... she would have to trust the others, even if only to certain aspects. He couldn't expect her to trust him like she did Musashi, but she couldn't deny she would have to trust all of them, at least in battle.
"Well... I don't hate you," she'd say quietly, though a part of her felt like he couldn't hear. No, she didn't trust him, at least, she didn't trust him to a certain extent, but... "But, you're right. I guess I do have to trust you and the others, at least in battle, yeah? Not that I expect you to, but I guess if I were about to die it'd be nice to have a comrade come to save the day..." Her voice trailed off slightly.
She wasn't used to someone coming in and saving her. It was a completely foreign thought, really... and it was a struggle, and it would continue to be a struggle every day, but she would have to learn to accept the fact that one day, one of her fellow members might just come in to help her out in a time of need. She didn't expect them to, and if she had to fight alone she wouldn't be upset at them or even wonder why they didn't come. She wouldn't expect anyone to come, but if someone did, she'd have to learn to be glad.
"And... as a fellow Titan... I'd do the same for you..." Her voice was quiet, but her words were sincere. "I don't really know you guys too much... but if Musashi believes in you, I'll have to trust his judgement. I know Dan is really an amazing guy, and Musashi seems to think there's something good in me, too... so... I may not know you guys too well yet... but..." She frowned a bit as she tried to process what she was about to say. "In a way, I'll fight for you like I would my own family. I'd give my life to protect you or any of the others."
She was being sincere. Though she didn't quite trust the others, and she didn't feel like she would probably get too close to them personally, she couldn't deny that she would have to rely on them in arms, and likewise, she'd give her life for them. It seemed like the noble thing to do.
The girl would listen as Yukine relayed a bit about his own past--rather, it seemed like all of it--to her, explaining how he'd been childhood friends with Musashi and Ty. She was yet to meet Ty, but she knew a little bit about him from what his younger brother had told her... "You're pretty lucky... that you've got history with him, I mean..." She would look away slightly and say, "It's too bad about your family though... I'm sorry."

Yukine Kasai APP ■ Fourteen ■ Male ■ Straight ■ Faceclaim - Naruto If I GIVE UP NOW, I'M NO BETTER THAN YOU Introduction, Introductions Yukine would listen to her, it put a slight smile on his face but he continued to listen and when she said the sorry part about his family he'd stand up pat her head then walk a few steps forward "It's alright really, I wasn't that old, so I didn't truly understand what was happening at the time, if I had been any older it probably would've hurt a lot more than it did, not to say it didn't hurt or anything, I'm just... over it" Yukine would then look straight up into the sky and say to Ruby "Enemies or friends, the choice is yours, I'd prefer it if we were friends but we'll see, either way, I'll make sure, I can be there to back you and anyone else in Titans up, if they're in need, trust me or not, I'll be there, That's a promise from the right hand man" He'd continue to look into the sky, truly understanding if Ruby didn't want to like him or anything, Yukine grew up sort of friendless, so he was used to it and as Right hand man of Musashi, trusted or not, he wouldn't let his valuable family, as Ruby put it, get hurt, he'd protect them all, even if it killed him...He seemed rather mean on the surface but... he had his good side too. "I don't hate you." Her words would be stern and serious, as her words very much were. "It takes a lot more than giving me the cold shoulder to make me hate you. You'd have to try a lot harder than that," she'd state. She noticed how the boy got up and walked off a lot, and she wasn't sure if it was just a habit or if there was another reason he liked to stay on his feet.
"So... uh... is there anything else you'd like to talk about?" She wondered. She certainly didn't know what else to say, and she wasn't really used to conversing with people much, especially on a personal level, but she had a feeling there was more he'd like to say to her, or perhaps have her say to him. She didn't know...

There is lots, I just don't know which to bring up first to be honest, I mean... we've already talked about the main parts so far, so that's good and... well to be honest, I am just sorta glad we got to talk... "he'd then lean down towards the ground and place his five fingertips on the ground, afterwards, he'd then stand back up and look towards Ruby "Oh hey, by the way, I'll properly introduce myself, since I haven't really done so. The name is Yukine, Yukine kasai, I'm a 14 year old, I moved here from japan and I have little to no friends but I never give up and I like Ramen, that's all there is to know about me, I'm pretty simple if I say so myself " Well, yukine had A LOT more he was hiding but this was all he needed to tell Ruby about himself for now, I mean, even Musashi, didn't, in fact, know that Yukine's true name was Ritsu... Ruby stared at the boy as he decided to properly introduce himself. She felt like she should probably do the same, as it was... well, it was polite. "Er... it's a pleasure to meet you, Yukine Kasai... My name is..." She debated if she should tell him the truth or not, and then heaved out a sigh. She didn't know why she was going to tell him this, she didn't even tell Musashi... "I don't have a name. But my brother called me Ruby, and everyone else does as well, so it's my adopted name. I'm fifteen years old and I moved here from England." There was no way she was going to bring up France. "My only friends here are Musashi and Dan, and you too, I suppose. I've never had ramen before but I like cherries a lot. And... um... yeah... not really much more to say, really..."
Rather, she didn't feel like spilling her secrets out to him. 'I'm from England because I hate France with a passion and I have no friends because I'm a creep with an eye patch! I have no name because I'm an orphan and everyone hates my guts!' with how things were going she might as well have blurted those things out. She really had to step up her game if she wanted to keep her secrets... well... secret.

"It's a good luck charm from me, to you... take care of it will ya? Ruby would catch the small object being tossed to her, and she'd stutter over her words slightly. "O-oh... alright... um... thank you..." She was pretty shocked at the sudden generosity. Ruby would hold the ring in her hands, lightly tracing it with her thumb as she stared. "I promise I'll take good care of it... again, thank you..."
The white-haired girl would hold the ring close, studying it with her violet eye intently, as though to reveal a sort of hidden map. She would blink, letting the little engraved words seep in to her mind and she'd glance up at Yukine.
"That's twice now you've given me something and I have nothing to give in return..." She'd say quietly. It felt odd having him give her so many little gifts all of a sudden. Still, she felt like joining the Titans was the best choice she'd ever made before... it felt like she was really in good hands... She would bow her head slightly, thinking about how she'd really done nothing for them. She was just taking up space, not really offering too many things. She wasn't particularly sociable, so it wasn't like the others could really value her as a friend... she didn't really trust people, which could be annoying. She wore all black, which could seem depressing--even though she felt she had legitimate reasons behind it.
The only thing she could think of that made her worth anything to the others was the fact that she was decent with a sword. But still, facing any of the stronger people in the school was a thought that scared her. She felt that even with a sword she'd be easily defeated, which wasn't a feeling she rather liked...
Her head still bowed, Ruby would lightly bite her lip, she could feel tears welling up in her eyes. How embarrassing. He probably couldn't see anyway, but it was still ridiculous... how silly of her to do something like show emotion in front of someone else. The girl would lightly pull down the hood of her cloak even more, taking a moment to retain her calm and tearless state, and to obscure the top half of her face, eyes and tears included.
"Why?" She asked quietly. "You really didn't have to get me a ring... even if we are a part of the same gang. You know there's not much I can do to repay you..."

It's a gift. It's not meant to be repaid, it's meant to be taken care of, that's all I care about. You merely accepting that gift, is enough for me, I gave you a ring, you gave me a thanks, that's all there is to it." Yukine would then turn around and face Ruby, gazing into her eyes "It's how I was raised..." and with that he'd walk over to give Ruby a hug. No, he wasn't crushing on her, No, he wasn't teasing her, he was simply giving her a friendly hug, everyone deserved a hug every now and again right? Why should Ruby be any different, she's human like the rest of us, it's only fair. while hugging her Yukine would say "By the way, you should open up a little more to other people in the gang, I'm not saying to give them your life story but maybe just get to know them, that way you have more people you can trust there for making you feel safer, again, I'm not forcing you to, it was simply an idea that I recommend" Yukine would then sit down once more, waiting to hear what she had to say.
