Yukine listened to everything Ruby had to say, he actually agreed with everything she said, which was good because it meant they had something in common, which meant it'd be easier for them to grow a bond and trust each other, though that wasn't always how it worked, it'd still be good if it did, since it'd save a lot of unneeded trouble and no one likes trouble, unless you're team Rocket on the double... but that's another story, when she said companion, he was a little confused, but he guessed she meant her sword or something due to the context of what she had said afterwards. "Well, that's fair enough, I can agree on all of that"

She nodded, confirming what he'd said. Ruby didn't know what else to talk about, really... so instead she'd just stay quiet and listen to the rain, since she had no more words to speak. She already felt like she'd said enough to him, and she truly didn't know what else to say or ask. Was there anything else that they could talk about?
She would stay quiet, not really knowing any other subjects to speak of... she didn't really know what else they could possibly have in common, really. "So... is that... all you wanted to say?" She asked quietly.

"It's all I want to talk about right now, yeah but I'm going to get in touch with you at a later time, so keep an eye out for when I do!" he'd then listen to you rain a little while longer then he'd begin to walk off, waving goodbye to Ruby, as he slowly disappeared into the mist that the rain was creating, he was glad he was able to bond with Ruby or... at least tried to, he didn't know if it worked out or not, so he'd just assume it did while he slowly walked away... He'd get in touch with her soon.
