Welcome delinquents to PHS #552. A few reminders, no rough housing, no running in the hallways, no cheating, and no talking back to your teachers. Beyond that, enjoy yourselves. After all these are the years you’ll look back on, and remember, you mother fuckers peaked too early.

A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

[ Allen Hollows] While strolling around the neighborhood one day, Jude had come across the local arcade. All the flashing lights and games looked so exciting. He decided to go in and have a look despite not having any spare cash on him. As he entered, Jude saw a teenage boy storm off with a scowl on his face. He looked as if he were irritated by the results of a nearby game. What luck! The game machine was still running because the boy had left it in the middle of his session. Jude picked up the virtual reality headset and donned the peripheral gear. Immediately, the headphones blared, "WELCOME TO THE VR ROOM! YOU ARE CURRENTLY IN A MATCH! CONTINUE?" Nodding his head for yes, Jude would blink a few times and then notice that he was in an empty room, with another VR character standing about five feet in front of him.

The figure across from Jude would grin, and bend his knees slightly. His left foot was in front of his right, and his left hand would be out in front of him while his right was near his chin. The voice that spoke would be calm, and amused.
"Alright, kid, show me what you got!"
OOC: Per his request, I'll be playing a character to help him get used to fighting.

[ Allen Hollows] After examining both the figure across from him, and his own physical traits, Jude realized that he and the anonymous competitor were both represented as morphsuit-like 3D models in this empty 'VR Room.' Jude's model was red, and the other was blue. Apparently, they were supposed to fight each other. Jude was not nearly prepared for this virtual fight, but he was sure excited to find out how realistic this game was. Dubious of the technology's ability to translate less familiar movements into code, Jude would assume an orthodox stance similar to that of his opponent. Jude's right hand placement would be near his chin, and the left would be on the same horizontal plane, about one foot in front of his chin. Then, Jude would try out a few test jabs and steps to calibrate with the game system. Afterwards, he would announce to the blue character, "Alright, let's go!" Jude would cautiously shuffle towards Mr. Blue, launching a quick jab with his left fist towards Mr. Blue's face simply to gauge the reaction. OOC: I had a post for you back on the 2nd, but lost it. My muse was killed for this, but now it's back. Lets try again, shall we?
The fighter would snatch out as the punch hit his face, aiming to grab Judes punching arm at the elbow. At the same time, his leg would lift to kick at the exposed ribcage throwing that punch would open. With their near identical speed and the way in which he threw that attack, dodging would be difficult (at least from his point of view).
If it worked, the foot he kicked with would snap back and the fighter would jump backward, attempting to pull on the arm to throw Jude off balance.

[ Allen Hollows No problem, let's do this! Also not sure which hand/leg are being used so correct me if I'm wrong.] As Red, a.k.a. Jude, saw his hand reach Blue's face, he also felt a latching pressure near his elbow. So this game had point-accurate grab sensing? Jude was impressed. However, this was a problem. Blue's left hand had gotten a hold of Jude's arm, and a left legged kick to the ribs was inbound. Maybe it was time to try something fancy and see how the VR sim would process it. Jude would rotate his body counterclockwise, wrapping his arms around his torso. He would also naturally be moving towards Blue due to the hold on his left arm. Jude's right hand would attempt to buffer the blow from Blue's kick and possibly grab the leg at the ankle or shin. In any case, the system would register a hit, causing Jude's chest sensor to vibrate and his life bar to decrease. Jude, now on Blue's left outside, would move forward and bring his bent right leg up and sideways as if to perform a roundhouse kick. Out of this feint, Jude would rotate his leg to launch a front kick instead, aimed at Blue's hip (if Jude manages to grab the kicking leg from earlier), or at the outside of the left knee (if Jude doesn't manage to grab the leg).
