welcome
Welcome delinquents to PHS #552. A few reminders, no rough housing, no running in the hallways, no cheating, and no talking back to your teachers. Beyond that, enjoy yourselves. After all these are the years you’ll look back on, and remember, you mother fuckers peaked too early.

A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

Her head tilted slightly as she made her way into the court yard. There were a lot of people and this made her slightly nervous at the fact a lot of students were here. But she was told to come to the assembly any how to check out what was truly going on in this new school. Her eyes slowly scanned the area as she smiled a bit. A new headmaster? She hadn't even been here for a year and their was someone new. Smiling a bit, she let out a chuckle and placed herself on the grass as she pulled her headphones over her ears. "Stupid." She mumbled quietly.

Dan was sitting in his seat with an irritated look on his face tapping his foot. he was like this the entire time the Assembly started tapping his foot with a displeased look on his face, there was a moment where he cracked a smile at Rosie and his speech but the ceased almost immediately.
"why am i here i need to work out im missing gym, need to work out, need to work out" Dan chanted under his breath not paying any mind to the boring man and his speech

**Well this is a rare sight? Scores of students packed into a place like this and no one is trying to kill each other? Maybe I am in the twilight zone. Or maybe this assembly is just what it is... A gathering of sorts. Well I guess me being here does make up for something. I can get the load down on this new... Headmaster. Funny thing, I didn't know we had one to begin with... Go to show they hid this guy pretty well up to this point. Nothing even came up on my radar... But either way, I guess it doesn't matter. Coming out with some new policies maybe a step into the right direction... But if he wants to change anything, maybe that is something I have to take some time to look into. Or not... like I give a shit about this school. But if the major players are here, I can get some more information about what this school plan on doing about the little "gang" problems they have been facing with as of late. Flipping my phone, just checking the time... I had to think of what I could be doing now... Other than standing west of the stage taking in the look of the crowd. ~I don't who this Girard is but, if he is what I think he could... He can only a problem in the future... And hiding behind his tailored suit and privilege can only take him so far...~

After being held up at the metal detector for half an hour Duncan entered the school of 552 with the demeanor of an ice queen and sat through the introduction assembly not really caring for the contents, the only things she heard was optional school wear and something aboot fear and riots.
During the assembly she just scanned the room looking at the so called strongest and baddest students the world had to offer. To be honest she was quite impressed by the gaggle freaks that arrived, there were tall people, short people, buff people, chubby girl and even people who had weird things on top of their heads. there was a handicap kid with antlers, and... is that guy wearing a tiara..... Duncan looked at the irritated giant from behind on top of his head was a sparkling tiara... "What happened to the world while is was out?" she mumbled

Felix looked down at his own school uniform; when the topic of, students ignoring the dress code was brought up. He sighed inwardly, he didn't know why he even still wore it honestly. A quick look around showed that almost no one wore it. Then the new headmaster came in. Felix thought nothing of him at first, yawning at his speech. But there was something about the way he spoke that indicated he was up to something, and also that he didn't seem to be a fan of the pillar system. When he brought up the two new school systems, Felix perked up with mild curiosity. The idea of policing other students interested him somewhat, as did the idea of having a bigger role in the school. But he brushed those thoughts off, the only thing on his mind. 'When can I go home?'

A school assembly was nothing new to Jude, but it was his first one at PHS #552. Jude stood at the edge of the courtyard, where he could get a good view of the stage. Looking around the courtyard, Jude made out a few familiar faces: there was Zoe, his new roommate, and there was Felix, the motormouth himself. This crowd must have been at least 90% of the active student body. Jude would have been content to people watch for quite a while longer, but then an old man stepped up to the podium. Based on his words and his attitude, this man was genuinely concerned about the students, despite his joking manner. Jude smiled when the man brought up school uniforms. He was glad that the rule wasn't enforced. Otherwise, he would have had another reason to resent going to school.
The second man that took the mic was silver haired, with a stern demeanor. He had no jokes to tell. Rather, he spoke of a new system to govern the student body. Jude recognized the significance of this change and he was sure it would cause untold conflict in the period of transition. Personally, Jude had no aspirations of joining any council or regulatory group at this moment. He kept his arms crossed and scanned the crowd once more. Who would fall into this Girard's fold? Who would stand by the resisting Pillars? Jude was less worried about where he stood than about how he would be able to stay out of trouble in the days to come.

'Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.' --- John Acton [Ooc: Hair Eye shadow Outfit]
--- It had only been a day or so since Cereza even returned to New York. That being said she hadn't presented herself to the others yet so she remained far back in the crowd clad in an attire that honestly left her unrecognizable. Her hair colored darker and tinted with highlights styled differently than her norm. Heavy eye shadow on though it hid behind her sunglasses. Her attire wasn't exactly something she would wear as the styling reminded her of someone she didn't quite enjoy much, but alas that was the point of incognito. Though she was back she wasn't 100% ready for the others yet. There was a thing or two she needed to square away. So in the far back of the makeshift assembly held within the courtyard, she stood diligently next to her new buddy. The only person to know who was under that guise actually. Technically she was more or less leaning her back against the large behemoth of a teenager since she opted to stand rather than go sit in the chairs. Of course she didn't sport the school uniform. There wasn't a day she had. She listened ever so carefully as she normally did a soft 'hm' leaving her lips every once in awhile as the man Gregoire Girard spoke about his plans. Once he was done Cereza found herself shaking her head lately, making a small snicker.
"And just watch how many sheep will flock... Is it me or did you catch the falsity of giving power to the students to essentially govern themselves? Don't you love the illusion of choice? The illusion of freewill? Though I can't wait to see the ego's and power trips. It's gonna be interesting to watch things crumble slowly but surely... Power corrupts. Makes one go mad in it's own ways..Ooh~ I sense a little civil war on the horizon. Come on, no need to watch the sheep contemplate on what is what."
~He's gonna shake things up probably maybe. Who could truly tell. But I'm interested in watching it unfold.. Interested enough that is.~
--- Cereza spoke up as she leaned her head back to look up to Hexx whom she was leaning against his side already. If he wanted to stay however he could but she had no plans to.

I arrived at the assembly, shortly seeing some teachers talk about things like the bad lunch's(Which I didn't think were TOO bad.)and school uniforms, hmm, I didn't know we had those, I figure I should get one to avoid a pointless detention or suspention depending on this headmasters preference. Then the headmaster came and started a speech. I sat there stunned. I've never been to an assembly at this school before nor have I met the last headmaster. All I knew was that this asshole spells bad news.

Victim of my own good intentions ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ | jacket would be sitting on one of the fold-up chairs that was laid out for the assembly, watching as mr. yamato introduced the new headmaster. his speech was slightly embarrassing, watching your favourite teacher go off on a tangent in public. he would be glad to know that she was wearing the school uniform, and had been since it was introduced.
she would perk up when the headmaster mentioned a student body congress. it caught her interest, being something that she felt she could assist with, even in her already-busy schedule. she would patiently wait until the assembly was over, before making her way back to class. she would make sure to remind herself to fill out an application on her lunch break.

Ken leaned back onto the grass, yawning silently as the assembly began. She had decided that it wasn't really that important. So, the girl found herself sitting on the grass. She was on her back, staring up at the skyscrapers that surrounded them and cut into the sky. Today was her first day here at 552, but she wasn't too thrilled. Nor did she think anything of it. This was just another school her parents hoped would 'straighten' her out. Of course, Ken thought it was a load of bullshit. Sending a kid to a school known for violence and insanity so they could become less insane and violent? Brilliant.
She leaned up, propping herself up with her elbows as the brown haired adult rambled on about breaking floor tiles and wearing uniforms. They had uniforms? Wait, that's right- they did. Ken had taken one look at the bright bubble gum pink and preppy blues and nearly vomited. No way in hell was she wearing that. So, she just came in her old uniform. As the guy finished rambling and a white haired guy approached the stand, Ken flopped onto her back. He was talking about pillars and a bunch of stuff she didn't care about.
Ken reached up to pull her headphones over her ears to listen to music silently as her eyes shut. Maybe she would be able to catch some Z's before class started... Notes: None

hey young blood | Doesn't it feel like our time is running out? |
Notes --- |
Vivi sat on one of the folding chairs among the other students, with her legs crossed and mind wandering. A new semester, a new beginning. If you could even call it that. In spite of it being a new semester, she was sure things wouldn’t feel any different. They would all still be at 552, doing the same old thing.
Admittedly, while he did come across like a big oaf, Vivi had a soft spot for Mr. Yamato. He was so different from the other teachers. In spite of this, she still began to doze off when he started rambling. The girl’s head nodded forward, but she suddenly snapped to attention when a new speaker was introduced.
New head master, huh?
“…I have been put in place to put events like FEAR and the Riot attacks to an end.”
It was already in Vivi’s nature to doubt people she just met but for some reason, the moment she heard these words leave the mans mouth she felt her lip curl in a slight snarl before stopping herself. This guy… she didn’t like him. Perhaps it was due to brining up topics that caused such rage to boil in her chest, or the fact that he talked like he could fix them like they were such a simple problem. Fuck this guy. For now at least, unless he proved himself.
And then came the bit about a new group like the Pillars. As of late, Vivi began doubting the Pillars herself and didn't even know if she wanted to be part of them anymore. But how did this make sense? If the Pillar System was faulty why add onto it? Even if their were no ranks and they’d stand as equals, how would that make things much better?
“Someone give me patience or an untraceable handgun…” she muttered under her breath and glanced at her watch, “Hmm.”

Sync was not phased. she cared very little about the new headmaster. Plus very little about the school itself. she has already examined the headmaster from head to toe and thought of no worth he could be towards her service. she thought of him and the school as a interruption towards her and her goal.TO BE THE STRONGEST THEIR IS!!!

-- say hello to the bad-guy ! Time passes as the restless souls of this generation forge legends and leave bloody imprints for future youth and persons. Juelz Santana spent the blistering season of Summer doing just that—building an empire that rivaled the unbeatable Roman in the days of yore. The Cocaine Specialist recruited those with "particular" skills, "ideal" backgrounds and rep. sheets, and the drive and aura to ascended past deities, past gods. So, by the start his Senior year, more than 55% of NYC was under his jurisdiction. He ruled his territory with a loyal Company of specialist, tacticians, and combatants anyone would be foolish enough to trifle with. He had his index and middle finger in the sweet honeypot of the Underworld of NYC. Santana and his Elites were steadily rising powers established Old Powers could no longer ignore—could no longer dismiss as a gifted child with some overzealous pipe-dream. Three months was all it took to get his foot in the door once the momentum was in his favor. What could happen now this Senior year? There wasn't a single soul within this grime covered walls that could stop him. However, in that same regard, there were a few who managed to catch his eye from the skills displayed by them. With a little guidance and molding, they could ascend past the proverbial clouds with him. But would they want to? A few have already seen the light, but what about the others? Heh, only time could answer that question. Regardless of the outcome, at the end of the day. One was either with Santana or just another stepping stone. Sitting in the final row of the bleachers—legs open, arm resting on the back of said bleacher, puffing on an trademarked vapor-pen, with the opposing arm resting between the crotch. The Heir to New York City watched the new Headmaster with a golden gaze that would make any with a weak resolve bust into a cold sweat. Puff. Puff. Puff. Watermelon scented vapor twisted around Santana as his newly appointed associate accompanied him to this little assembly. She sat directly beside him, on the side which his arm was resting on the back-support. With a faint sigh of boredom, the preppy dressed teenager bestowed that almond gaze of his upon the girl and spoke. " This man must be a fucking idiot if he honestly believes he can tame these rejects and losers. A mans ideals and ambitions say a lot about him, and if this is truly what he stands for. His words are no more than funky hot fumes that carry zero weight." Puff. Puff. Puff." But knowing this fucked up place. I wouldn't be surprised if he was anything less than a Trojan Horse. I hope these fuckers can catch wind of the ruse before it's too late." |

Post by Xiaoyu Lockeheart on Sept 7, 2015 22:30:51 GMT -5
School was still a rather new concept for the blackette. Well, public school to be precise. The only schooling Xiaoyu had been subject to was home schooling at the orphanage way back before the Lockhart family adopted and took her in. And to be honest, public school was annoying as shit. There were way to many bodies present. The hallways wrecked of body odor and useless chatter. Classrooms were filled with ingrates who didn't care to be present. There was just, no real point in it. For learning that is, socializing on the other hand, sure. But from what Xiaoyu knew and what TV had shown her, one was supposed to go to school to learn. Not socialize.
But whatever. If it wasn't for her trying to be a good daughter and excel in every aspect of her life to prove she was worthy of being adopted, she'd be back at the circus. Binge eating cotton candy and playing with the animals. She would much rather be the-- anywhere than here. Sitting in an auditorium listening to some white haired geezer preach about new ways and rules. Blah blah blah, get off the stage! It was almost lunch time. And Mommy had packed a pretty nice lunch too. "There's not one ounce of fuck in me to give about what this guy is talking about.."
Xiaoyu spoke to Santana. The man who she had been hired to take out not too long ago. But due to underestimating, she and her sister failed and were given the option to join him and his ranks instead. Just reliving the event re-ignited the fire within her. How dare he take them down? Fuckin' loser. And then to add insult to injury, he recruited them. She still had no reason to care for him. And she made it apparent every chance she got. "Why are we even sitting next to each other? And in the back no less? We're not friends.." A lowered, side eye glare fixated on the dark skinned man, as her hand went down into the skirt pocket of her uniform and plucked out a lollipop. Just because she had to.. "respect him" didn't mean she had to like him. She was only in this for the safety and well being of her family. She would've been a fool to turn down the money and perks that came with joining his side..
"Why are your legs spread so far apart? There's nothing down there that needs THAT much space. Move 'em."
And with that, she would proceed to nudging the man's legs over some with hers. "You're so lucky me and Rose didn't ajfsfdfsksdfh" Her words trailed off as she decided to pay her sweet treat some attention instead. It was soooo delicious and yummy. Strawberry and creme swirl. It was like cake on a stick. Just what she needed to survive this assembly and being next to Santana... Wait a minute... Where the fuck was Rose?
"Mm, so when are you gonna burn this place down? Aren't you Mr. I Run New York? Can't you just, press a button and blow this shit up.. Or something?"
