A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

It would have been a few days since the events at the small diner, the events where Steven had come closer to guns then he hoped. He had seemingly walked in on some sort of drug deal, or something along those lines. To which guns were pulled and fighting started, and Steven was left with absolutely what was happening.
To be honest, Steven had quite a lot of different shit going on in his life right now. There was riot, joining the LG. Allen nearly getting killed, it hadn't been the best month. There had been worse in his life, but it still could have been a lot better. However Steven doubted from his actions that it was about to get any better.
They said curiously had killed the cat, but Steven prefer the example used in a book. Where curiously hadn't just killed the cat, but tied lead weights around its body and thrown it in the deepest, most sewer filled river around. You had to love Discworld.
Even so it was that curiosity, that drove Steven to the house in the address. The address, on a piece of paper that Santana's brother had given him. At this point Steven had realised that Santana was a surname like Rosett used his own. However it was simpler to think as one as Santana and the other as the twin. It was odd though, he hadn't seen the twin at school at all. Strange.
Pushing that thought aside however Steven knocked on the door of the reasonable large town house complex. Why did it seem everyone was well off compared to him.
"Lets see where the path travelled leads."

Knock... Knock... Knock...
The rhythmic base of music drowned out the string of knocks upon the frame of the oaken door. However, the door would happen to swing open and out came a dark skinned female with crystal blue eyes sporting a tank obviously too big for her and baggy sweat pants. She carried two bags of trash and was on the verge of bumping into Rosett before she caught her forward momentum.
"Crap, sorry, dude!" She apologized as the bags swung into the legs of Rosett. "Can I help you?" She looked to the right followed by the left to see if anyone else accompanied the male.

Steven would take a casual step back after the bags knocked into him. Before looking up at who spoke. Steven would have been distracted from a second but recover his composure well. Straighten his jacket as she stood there.
"I'm looking for Santana."
He would say, while he expected that it was a surname he had no better name to go by. He just hoped that their weren't to many people who live in the house that were in the family, and shared the name. It would be seriously awkward to try and get his intention of which one he meant. Right now he was looking for either one of the two twins. Because one he knew, while the other had been the one who had given him the address.

"Oh are you a friend?!"
She would ask with eyes flooding with excitement and anticipation. She maintained her giddy composure by reviling the sound system remote stuffed within her bra and lower the blasting toon's with a single click of a button. "Go on in. Juelz' is just upstairs studying. I'll let him know you're here." The female gave off an friendly and warm aura; motherly and mature to the highest level.
"JUEEEELZ! YOU HAVE COMPANY!"
She would scream at the top of her lungs with a smile. With that done, she began heading towards the public dumpster at the end of the curb to throw the thrash in tow away. "Go on in, he'll be down in a bit."

Steven would have been thrown slightly by the friendly attitude he got from the motherly looking figure. For some reason he was expecting anyone to be living with Santana to have some quirk of personality, like his twin eating without a care during dire times.
"Errr yeah... Thank you."
He would answer, stepping inside and wondering what the hell to do now as he waited. He turned to look back out the door as the women went to dispose of the rubbish. No help would be gained from her, he turned back to look inside and would walk to the ground floor areas near the bottom of the stairs. Looking up and wait for the guy. Juelz at least he had the first name and actually put it to memory. If someone had mentioned it before he must have missed it.

Juelz stood from his chair, walked over to the study door, and walked into the hallway; looking over the railing at the body waiting on the ground level.
"What are you doing here, Rosett?"
His tone relaxed as he walked down the flight of stairs with light steps. He sported black jeans, black socks, but would be shirtless. The Junior reached the final step; eyes fixated upon Rosett as if he was some intruder. "You need to leave. Now." Before Juelz could say anything else, the female came back in with her hands placed firmly upon her hips.
"What's the problem?"
"Why did you let him in?"
"Rell told me you were expecting a friend and he fitted the description to a tee."
The Junior would sigh before fixating his gaze back upon Rosett. "I don't know why you're here but you n---..."
"Juelz!"
"What?"
"I'm not going to let you just shoo him away. I know what happened." She crossed her arms across her chest and placed all her weight on one side of her body in typical sassy fashion.
"Fine," He yielded without even putting up a fight; not even a rude remark or anything. "Come, Rosett." He gestured towards his schoolmate to come up the stairs while he merely stared at the sassy female now cleaning; bent over wiping down the kitchen bar table. She must've felt his eyes looking directly at her because she turned away and commented.
"What are you looking at?"
"Your ass. Ass game on ten."
"Asshole!" She bent back up and threw the towel she was using to clean at him with deadly speed. Juelz caught the cloth and playfully tossed it back while following Rosett up the stairs.
"Lunch will be ready in a minute, you dick!" She would shout her final words.
- - -
Within the study, it was a rather large room with a massive bookshelf filled with different books of various size. The room resembled that of a law firm office. On his desk would be nothing but papers to form a sloppy mess. "Excuse the mess. Doing a report on African folklore and I find this shit interesting." He gestured towards the nearest chair, "Take a seat and state why you're here."

Steven wouldn't have been surprised by Juelz annoyed manner, wanting to make him leave. Only to be stopped by the women from before. Steven would what the exchange, heading up the stair when gestured to do so. One pieces of information would come out of his exchange it was an assumption. It was the name Rell, who Steven could only think would be Juelz twin. Steven would walk into the study, and as he walked by would look over the bookshelves. Getting the theme of them from their titles. Interesting.
Steven would take a seat when told however, he wasn't going to be rude, in his own home. His mother would have screamed at him if he did, and she found out, and well let not go into what his father would have done. However that was a part of his life that was over, the fear of that was stupid to have, but it was part of the reason he was the man he was today.
"I want to know why, I had a gun pulled on me. I do not like being in the dark, espically when intent to kill is being thrown around."
Steven would state his intention. The thugs Juelz had sent running by denying his deal, would have know Steven's face, would have seen that Juelz had tried to prevent his death even if it may have been for selfish reason. The point was, the idea of gun totting thug who knew what he looked like, and Steven having no clue who they were scared him. He had suffer greatly at the hands of small time thugs, but one with firearms. He doubted he would survive that.

"You were at the wrong place at the wrong time. What else is there to say, Rosett? The situation got handled and you managed to walk away with your life still intact." Juelz casually sat back within his chair and cupped his hands in his lap. "No different from the school incident. Just be grateful you're still here. That's all I have to say on the subject."
He kept it short and sweet.

"Wrong place, wrong time? So you do dealings of that sort, in somewhere anyone could just walk along into. You know that to me just seems, not very secure at the best?"
Okay maybe Steven was going to be a little rude.
"and down right retarded at its worse."
Seriously if Steven was capable of being there at the wrong time, then anyone could have been unlucky as well. What if a group had walked in, what if cops had. What if the thug hadn't hesitated shooting him, with asking questions.
"I don't really care what you're in to. But you're going to get someone killed, maybe even yourself, or your brother. Think of this as a guy giving a few words, that could save your life."

"And you think I care, why? I told you prior to you showing up unannounced to my house: the entire situation was above you. You have no idea what it is you're really asking me, Rosett. Your stupidity is amazing, bro."
He sat forward in the plush chair and continued,
"That idiot that was on the verge of blowing your head off was a dick; a little boy with big boy toys. Regardless if it was you, the police, or another group isn't the point. And I will take full responsibility for that assholes actions. You don't know me or my brother so don't even cross that bridge, Rosett." For the first time in forever, someone finally struck a chord of the junior. "Here I am seating here trying to give you the benefit of the doubt and put your mind at ease. Don't make me regret any of this."

"But not above you? Really I think you find I'll can pick apart things quite well. Firstly there was the case you had, no doubt either filled with substantial cash or illegal product of some kind. Which means quite a large deal, then there is the fact the leader of those guys clearly in the better position numbers and body wise. Backed off, which hints either towards fear or respect, but that doesn't mean of you."
Steven would pick apart the events of the meeting that he had walked in on.
"Then there is the matter of your age, you're around mine I would assume as you attend 552. Someone so young is unlikely to take part in such a large deal, having not been able to rise through ranks inside what ever organisation you below to. Which make me think you got fast tracked there. Take into account the fact the meeting's lack of subterfuge, I would even lean toward fast tracked there too fast."

Rosett was really starting to crawl under his skin; like freshly hatched maggots within the chest cavity of a discarded carcass. Was Juelz words of comfort not enough for him? He reassured him the situation was taken care and that he had nothing to worry about. Yet he continued to press the issue itself? Why? The rookie drug lord sighed before adjusting himself in the plush chair.
"Your logic is pretty flawed, first off." He began, "The contents in the case was a very large sum of money, but within the case was a tracking device." He would pause for a brief moment, "me and my brother are both secret agents of the CIA. Recently New-York has been the target of global drug trafficking networks and we are here trying to get to locate the main source of the network." His expert deception skills kicked into effect with very little trace of him showing any physical signs of such deceit.
"Why do you think we didn't just allow him to shoot you on spot? Why do you think we weren't concerned when you threatened to run your mouth to the police? It's because they are in on it too, Rosett." But in truth, the underworld ran the police department. So even if he did run to law enforcement, he was really running into secondary ears for Juelz. "The entire area was under surveillance, no one was getting in other than those associated with the deal. But at the very moment, we needed you; we needed to draw out their leader. Which we were successful in." More lies.
"My unit is moving in on them right as we speak. We're getting closer in solving this case, Rosett..." His eyes narrowed in a daunting manner, "So stay out of it."

Steven would listen to the explanation Santana gave. He was sceptikal but it could have been true. Even so Steven mind would filter through what was said and dissect it. In an analytical fashion, something that reading so much meant you knew people habits and quirks that could give them away. As well as a large amount of facts that could be used against them.
The tracking device mentioned was completely plausible, even a phone would work in this day and age. However the next line was seriously flawed. A real CIA agent, would not reveal that fact while undercover. Add in that the FBI was the main service to tackle drugs, and well it seemed off. Steven however could believe the drug ring part. There had been strange events that hinted at drugs around the place.
However undercover agents would also allow people to be killed on the spot if they had to. That was the whole part of being undercover. It was sad, it was sick. But that was how lives in the long run were saved. Also no police department would know about such a operation of the CIA unless the CIA told them. Inter-organisation non-cooperation of police and groups like the CIA and FBI was infamous. If they did know the police would have taken him in. In order to prevent such info leaking to the target. There was no way a real CIA agents no matter the circumstance would be telling him what Juelz was.
No matter how believable the tone, even Steven knew that a perfect lie matter more on the way it was said normally. It was how a conman worked, the exact words didn't matter mostly, however f he said. "Give me you money or the boy gets it." If the words used did not fit the tone enough then the lie would still fall apart.
It would take a couple minute of Steven going over it before he would straighten in his seat.
"Make me."
He would challenge, making it clear in his own tone that the lie had gone disbelieved.

"Make you? How old are you? Ten?" Juelz shook his head and stood up from the chair.
"But if you want to act like a child, I will treat you as such. Follow me, Rosett." With that being said, Juelz exited from his office and bounced downstairs; leaping over the railing because fuck stairs. Once landed, he strolled over to the basement area of the apartment, entered a few numbers in the security panel, then the door swung open. He descended down the stairs; each step causing a light fixture to turn on by motion sense.
Where was he leading Steven?

Steven would like the reaction, because it would give him a few seconds in the office allone as Santana led the way. His words were worrying and as such Steven wouldn't trust him. On the way out of the office, Steven would grab on of the hard back books from the shelves. If he was going to be ambushed or jumped in some way a solid object was no joke. Steven would tuck it up the back his jacket and hold it there in tension.
He would follow, but not go down the stair to the basement first.
