A brand new group is on the making, The Apostles, a Pillar-like group led by none other than our brand new headmaster, Gregoire Girard. A student body that would lead students and enforce the law on this little school of ours. Little is still known about this student body, but who knows? It might just be what the school needs.

A lunch box is seen last Friday, around 12:37:08pm with an encouraging note packed inside. This appalling display that utterly lacked manliness has left many students stunned and outrage, as some decided, after a long while, to speak out against it.

[subjects: ✞ ascension ✞ Levi Kayamei Ian Morei-Moody Ira Defaire Aldritch Hexell Felix Booker ] [tags: the Sun; the firelord] DRAGONS
One of the most powerful creatures ever created. A beast that was to be feared by all, and matched by none, and yet here he was trying to become one. Under the circumstances of what happen not to long ago the brawl to become the next dragon seemed like it came too soon, but the world had to keep moving on. What happen to Zoe was definitely a tragedy. Not like they were close or anything, but what happen to her he wouldn't have wished on his worst enemy, and according to the last time he saw her she was definitely one of them. At least for a time being she was back when she was siding with Riot.
Now that was all behind them now and it was time for a new dragon to step up to take the throne. He was sure that there was going to be a lot of strong people showing up. Some he knew, and others he knew he had never even met before. Either way he was going to make sure that in the end he was going to be the one to come out being the new dragon. It wasn't going to be an easy task, but he knew that all his training in secret was going to pay off and this would be the perfect time to display it. Only certain people in the school knew about what was going on here on the schools football field. This was too avoid the weaker students of the school coming to take up space.
The last thing he needed was to be wasting his time taking out students whose power level was no higher than a Team Rocket grunt from Pokemon. Yes, Pokemon. Standing near the goal post on the southern side of the football field the Hattori waited to see who would show up. This was going to turn into a long day. He hoped no one would have to be seriously injured including himself, but he knew that someone was bound to anyways because of what was on the line.
"Its almost time."

Felix was confused as to why he was there. It was none of his business. He had only spoken to Zoe twice . . . but for some reason he felt responsible. He had been up on the stage with her. Maybe if he had fought from the beginning . . . He shook the thought from his head. Whatever was done, had been done. There was nothing he could do about it now-- except appease his conscience. Felix had caught word of people who were planning to take Zoe's title of Dragon, and Pillar. It hadn't even been long enough before everyone wanted to sink their grubby mitts on her old positions of power. It hurt him to his core.
He knew that this was 552, and that there was a modicum of respect for balance and tradition. He had no desire for the title, he did however have the desire to test those who wanted it, even if they were his friends. Felix eyed the dark haired man warily, he had heard rumor that this was one of the people who wanted to battle for her position. Letting out a long and drawn out breath he muttered to himself sarcastically. "Time to go make new friends." Cracking his neck, he made his way over.
Stopping a foot in front of the man, he had to crane his neck just to make eye contact. "Damn son. I'm not even sure if we have a basketball team, but I'm sure half the students in the school should be on it." Felix skirted the main subject at first, the words leaving his mouth without a thought. He stared at the man intensely for a tense moment before speaking again. "So I hear you wanna be the next Dragon? I might have something to say about that." His heart lurched, he had said it. The possibility of instigating fights, really wasn't his thing. 'Let's hope I'm right.'

[OOC: Juust spectating!]
A single hazel hue stared toward the football field, which would soon be the battlefield destined to determine the next Dragon thst would replace Zoe. The Blood Dragon was here for two reasons. The first was to see who would be joining the elusive Dragons. The other reason was to study those strong enough to fight for it.
Knuckles had taken his seat on the sidelines, sitting at the top level of bleachers, arms crossed as a cigarette burned between his lips. He hoped this would be interesting and he wasn't simply wasting time. On top of his other two reasons, it would also allow him to scout out future prospects.
Without speaking he would simply watch, straight faced and carefully examining every fighter that would show up to the field this day.

feel the light shining in the dark of the night | He had heard of them, the Dragons, one of the most powerful groups, not only in the school, but around the city. He saw it with his own eyes, the death of Zoe, the previous storm dragon. It was on one of the assemblies when she faced her miserable fate, he chose to be quiet that time and observe, although, he still felt rage towards those who did the heinous act. But this shows, that even the most fearsome beasts fall at times.
With the dragon and pillar positions opening up, he knew for sure that people would start fighting over it. So, he decided to butt in. Aldritch entered the scene. He silently observed those who came, so far, the only familiar face he knew was of Felix's. He crossed his arms and leaned on the nearby wall, deciding to keep away from them for now and let them talk. Although he knew that the probability of him winning is very slim, he's still determined to make a name for himself.
To those who might know Al for a while now, they would totally think something's off. Al wasn't usually serious and silent, usually, it's the complete opposite. But after all the things he had gone through for the past months, who wouldn't get a change? And for this fight, there's no time to fool around, well, maybe a bit.

Zoe...... the girl was gone now.... there was nothing to be done. She had been watching the school site and had read that there was a kind of competition to see who would take Zoe's spot as not only Pillar, but Dragon as well. The thought hurt her and she knew she had to at least see what kind of people would show up to this event.
Hemera strolled in to the field and detoured towards the bleachers. There was already four people there, three on the field and one in the bleachers. She stepped up the bleachers two steps at a time and reached the top. The man was smoking a cigarette, his eye focused on the field. He seemed to have a patch over the other eye. For what reason, she could only imagine. She moved to sit down, a couple feet between them. Snagging a lollipop from her pocket, she popped it in her waiting mouth. With a murmur, she said, "So this is it huh....to see who takes her place....." With a sigh, Hemera raised one leg to the seat she was on and hugged her leg.

[subject: Hemera/Nyka Day , Musashi Hattori ] [tags: the devil, the firelord, the goddess] LOOK AT ALL OF THE EGOS.
What were they fighting over again...? Oh yeah, that's right, they wanted to become a mythical creature. They wanted to become a Pillar, right? Right. That same system the Ty wanted to crumple; to smash to pieces. And where was his silly little brother? Fighting over it of course. Ty stood only a few feet behind his little brother, who had been eyeing the vermin scurrying onto the field. The hazel pupils were hidden behind his eyelids which in turn were protected by his black glasses frames. His hands were carelessly shoved into his pockets, blanketing them slightly from the frosty New York cold air. The eldest Hattori boy tried to convince his brother to be patient. To allow someone else to take the silly title. He attempted to convince him that in the long run, these petty little competitions for 'power' would mean nothing. And Musashi believed him, every word he'd said, but his the youngest Hattori boy was stupid and ridiculously stubborn. He believed he could bring change about by obtaining that title. He was dead set on his own path, though it ran parallel with Ty's. Funny. Mother tried to tell Ty that Musashi had a one track brain. She also attempted to warn the equally as stubborn boy that Musashi wasn't living in his shadow anymore. A sense of pride boiled within the Blue Devil, regardless of his thoughts on the matter. This fight was a direct display of what Ty was fighting against. A fight that seemed to play directly into that worm of a Dean's hands. A fight that FATE had decided, and it inevitable. Fate had won this battle. And at the end of the day, what would it progress? Nothing. But the egos, man. They all glorified the battle with fate. It was addicting. Overwhelming. Even Ty fell victim to it. And perhaps that was ultimately the reason he could not bring himself to try and stop his little brother from participating. Conflicted.
"This is stupid.
A soft sigh escaped his pale lips as the hazel hues opened, revealing themselves from behind those eyelids. The fixed upon his brother, focused. Ready to pounce like a lion stalking its prey. That sense of pride burned even stronger within Ty. A slight smirk tugged at his lips, following immediately afterwards a small chuckle emitted.
"Whatever... Try not to die, or I'll laugh at you."
And with that the boy slid a hand up to his face, readjusting his frames before returning it to his pockets. He proceeded into a stroll over to the bleachers where a few others had gathered to spectate the battle. He found a spot in the bleachers, one row behind a girl with striking white hair. She'd been hugging her leg, her body language more closed off than the rest of the students. Her aura almost seemed.. Sad. A few ways away, Ty recognized Knuckles, an old obstacle in the battle of fate. So he was still kicking. But of course. He was here to watch the stupid little skirmish too huh? The hazel irises flicked back over to the white haired girl. He remembered her too. A few days ago at the chaotic assembly called by that new student dean scumbag. He remembered the horrified faces when that girl, the old Dragon's neck snapped. That power was amazing, and terrifying. Ty was sure that worm would be the major antagonist of this story in the long run. Another obstacle in this battle with fate. Another sigh escaped his lips. For once, why couldn't this endless waltz be a tad bit easier? His eyes fixed back onto the field before opening his mouth to speak, his words reaching below to the white haired girl. The air was tense, and honestly he couldn't even begin to explain why he felt the impulse to speak to the girl below him.. But he did.
"That girl hasn't even been dead for a week, and yet here we are. Fighting over that silly little title like its a game. But.. I suppose it is to some extent."
That was how it was, he guessed. They were all expendable in this game of thrones. A life simply could not compare to a title. And that.. Had to change. For his family. For his friends. For his legacy and destiny. He wouldn't simply stand by and let their sacrifices, everything they've fought for up til this point be for naught. That'd be some bullshit.

Levi walked out of the side of the school, onto the football field, sporting his usual black long sleeve T-shirt and dark blue jeans with his hands in his pockets. Despite the casual appearance, Levi was prepared for combat. Today would not be a happy day, but it had the potential to be a glorious one. He had witnessed the Dean's cruelty in the auditorium and he considered the weight of everything that had transpired. Zeo's death was tragic, and though he had never met her, he was not without feelings and her death was shocking at the very least. His reaction was primarily anger at the injustice of the situation and he planned to do what he normally did in situations like these: get revenge. There was always a tyrant or some evil organization waiting to terrorize their school for some reason, but the Asian's days of being too powerless to fight back were over and today would be step one of his plan.
Everything comes around Dean...you'll see...
His eyes were cold and ready for what he hoped would not end in a bloodbath and his gaze lifted as he approached the group of students all apparently vying for the position of Dragon. The Dragon's were in a position of power to restore balance; Levi intended to see that balance brought forth through a dragon swarm's wrath. His brow furrowed as this particular thought ran through his mind.
EVERYTHING!!
He stopped at the back of the group, eyeing each of the students and assessing what he could. He knew a few of them and others, not so much. He would remain quiet and relatively still while people continued to file in as he began clearing his mind of distracting thoughts, his senses sharpening as he prepared for battle.

Grimacing, she looked quietly from her corner of the football field. Ira's eyes landed on Knuckles, Aldritch and Felix, before a real grimace worked it's way into her face, and entirely possessed her expression for a few seconds, before she blinked and stared at others.
Leon would be proud, she had muttered quietly, but her shackles were raised; her muscles tensed, when she saw her competitors and their truculent veneer. Beyond the jovial masks they donned, one of them was boiling with rage; the other, curiosity, and the third, seriousness.
She wasn't sure if she liked it.
Whetting her discomfort by diverting her attention to those she hadn't know, Ira finally leaned back, and detained a cool demeanor. Finally, she waited, watching the vast continents of emotions and beings swirl around her, with their intentions, thoughts, and vile moral ethnics, bounding them to the others.
TLDR: Ira is at the corner of the field. Ira watches from her corner.

Wearing nothing but his knuckle dusters, blue jeans, and cowboy boots, Ian casually strode up to the field. He was fitting the dusters on his hands properly, stretching his fingers as they were adjusted. With each step he took, those spurs cut through the grassy field, and the grin he wore on his face grew wider and wider. As he dropped his hands, the Lightning Gang tattoo on Ian's chest became more visible, the freshness of it showing in a light reflection as the sun beat down on him. Ira, Felix, Hex, and himself - four members of the Lightning Gang. All they needed was Leon the blond-haired Reindeer to make an appearance and they'd be set.
"Let's get this show on the road, ladies and gents."
Wiggling his eyebrows, Ian took four pills out from his pocket and popped them into his mouth. For now, they sat under his tongue.

[nospaces] [attr="class","biggie"] [attr="class","textie"]Having heard of the brawl for the now open Dragon title, Valo would be filled with anger. It didn't surprise him that this school was so willing to move and gobble up any position of power that was open the second there was a chance to grab it. Zoe's death surprised him, it shook him to his core. And now there were already people fighting over her title like it was nothing.[break][break]
"Disgusting..."[break][break]
Valo muttered under his breath as he watched the fighters show up in the football field. He sat in the bleachers, merely spectating. As much as he wanted to go out there and crush them for their disrespect, he held his anger down. No, there were much bigger targets to focus it on. And whoever came out of this fight... they were likely to be an ally down the road, reluctant or not. He needed all of the allies he could get. Maybe someone here would be worthy of the title, but no one could ever fill the hole that Zoe left. But as a Dragon, he felt like it was his duty to oversee things.[break][break]

"NO, THAT DRAGON TITLE IS MINE!"
I came running towards the middle of the field with haste. These Dragons, thinking they can use my family name as a means of power, well they need to think again. Only a true dragon can have such title, me.
I could see that my leader was there wanting that title too along with his brother Ty,but I knew this fight was not a gang fight, so I would have to face Master Musashi and his brother. This won't be easy.
There was also members of the Lighting Gang there...just that someone very important was missing.....that Sudeki guy who I fought the other day. If he was here, he would surely win. But no, he was one of those guys that was tjere that split the Titans into segments. I must avenge the name of the Titans by beating as many of them as I could, but if they where here for a Dragon Title, they must be the big leagues I'm facing.
But in the end, I'm a Dragon by blood. Even if I lose, that name will always be part of me. The real Dragon is me, not those fake paper thin dragon title people.

[attr="class","post"] [attr="class","text-lyrics"]Just when you thought it was over Macht headed on up to the football field when he heard there was going to be a challenge for the now-vacant title of Storm, or Wind, Dragon. This amused the redhead, especially knowing the title had just opened up - Zoe hadn't been dead a week and people were already scrounging after the title. That said a lot about character, and Macht had to wonder if these people were scavengers, or if they were something more... ambitious, perhaps? Eager? Whatever it was, Macht would see it here and now, in this single brawl to see which among them would be worthy of standing in the Terrace with the rest of the kings. "You can't expect order when we represent the exact opposite."Macht sighed, sitting beside Valo on the bleachers. He pressed a can of coke up to his lips - it read 'Share a COKE with a LEGEND' on the side - and smacked his lips together a couple of times before finally gulping it down. Elbows resting on his knees, the Iron Dragon leaned forward and watched the congregation earnestly, his mechanical eye rapidly scanning the field to observe anyone and everyone within his field of vision. As he sat, he waved over to Knuckles to signal the fucker to move up. "Probably not a good idea for you to be here in the first place... I can scout the hopefuls myself, me and Knuckles. I don't wanna see you end up hating the newbie just because they replaced someone important to you."A few of the contestants Macht knew to be skilled. Levi - the two were always on even footing, every single time they fought. Ira - she had unmatched mental prowess, and anyone who didn't know it was nothing more than a fool. Ty Hattori - the last Macht ever saw of the guy, the two were rivals. He hoped that remained true. Felix - as much as Macht wouldn't admit it, the boy was probably the fastest man alive, next to one Marko Starke. That was something far too notable to overlook. Everyone else, however... they were wildcards, from the larger Hattori to the shirtless blonde. Everyone besides Alex Dragon, anyway. Macht thought he was useless. - MUST POST WITHIN 48 HOURS OF EACH FIGHT OR YOU GET DISQUALIFIED. THIS IS SO THE THREAD DOESN'T GET STALLED (NOT WAITING FOR DAYS FOR PEOPLE TO POST LOL)- THREAD IS NOW CLOSED, ONLY THOSE LOOKING TO SPECTATE MAY POST. THIS IS TO PREVENT SNIPERS FROM COMING IN AND CAPITALIZING OFF OTHER PEOPLES WEAKENED CHARACTERS UNFAIRLY. [subjects: ] [tags: the sun; the firelord] MUSASHIS ATTIRE BOLD.... It was the first thing that came to mind as he watch the short fellow walk over to him on the football field and begin to talk about how he 'had something to say' about him getting the title of dragon. He almost just gave him and handed in the title for how brave he was to approach someone like himself not knowing what he was capable of. If he wanted to he could have easily took advantage of the kid and sucker punched him, but the Hattori was not that kind of person. He was raised to be honorable, even in a situation as much as this one right here. Everyone attending knew what was going on in a moral sense was wrong, but life had to go on and someone had to be the last dragon, and he sure as hell wasn't going to let it be Bruce Leroy here in front of him. A slight grin crept on Musashi's faced as he took a few steps back away from the kid with his hands up to show that he wasn't trying anything. He'd simply take off his large black cloak revealing that he had to blades holstered up the side of his hips. For a moment it remained silent as he begin to watch more people show up one by one. The first was Levi. Someone he had seen on multiple occasions. He even had a spar with him. He was sure that he was probably a different kind of beast now, but he had some idea as to what to expect. The guy was quick on his thinking so he knew he was going to have to watch out. The next person was Austin. He was quite sure he was just spectating as he had already gotten the role of being a dragon. Not surprising nonetheless. After him another unfamiliar face showed up. He knew not what to expect from him, but he would respect him just like he did everyone else here nonetheless. After him someone else appeared in the stands. This was a girl he had not yet seen before. He wondered why someone like her would be there in such a violent situation, but for now he couldn't think about it. He had too much other things to worry about. " Brother..." He muttered softly to himself shaking his head. He could only assume that his brother was up there probably judging him as usual. After he faced his brother two more people appeared. One being the guy, while on the far side of the field was a girl he had only maybe seen once in school. " Hmmm.." He thought to himself as he begin to start counting everyone. " This is going to be tedious.... Oh well." He spoke looking over the boy who had spoke to him. He wanted to see who else would show up, but it would have just been plain rude to leave the kid waiting after he was kind enough to instigate a fight. He couldn't let his fans down right? " Alright sorry about the wait kid. You ready?" He spoke to him, reaching his left arm over to his right shoulder. His hand pressing gently where the Red Russian Star tattoo was located. In an instant his arm would be coated in Titanium. " Because I'm eager to 'see' exactly what you have to say..." The Hattori wasn't a big fan of making the first move, but he knew someone was going to have to right? Sighing, Musashi ran full speed toward the boy just thinking about what he was going to do while he was charging at the kid like he was in the 1700's revolutionary war. Well he didn't look quite as stupid. He had no idea what he was getting into, but he was sure the same definitely applied to this kid. Everyone here was going to have something special up their sleeves, he just had to make sure that he didn't let whatever that was get to him. As Musashi was running toward what would be the first of his many opponents he'd hear the voice of a familiar Ally. Always making a scene Alex... Sigh.. Gotta love him though right? Once he got within range the Hattori attempted a left kick toward the boys hip bone. He made sure to have as much control over it just in case the boy was to dodge, which he more than likely was. In the case that he did he'd just make sure to immediately plant his left leg back to the ground in a attempt to start rolling with whatever the kid had offer. ARM OF RED STAR: When striking with his right arm or using a melee weapon with his right arm the Hattori's strength is equal to the full amount of INT he has for 1 post per 15 INT. ( 0/7 USES )

((OoC: Just spectating.))
Leon walked across the field, just so happened he crossed right through the battle area, ignoring everyone except the LG members that were there. Each would get a stern stare as he passed them before spotting Macht and Valo on the bleachers not far off. He'd make his way near them and sit, to look at the battle. Seemed this was a blitz... It was tactically a decent move, but morally... It just happened. Leon had mixed feelings about the whole ordeal, he had only one encounter with the girl at a diner a bit back.
Seemed it was the gang war that never happened, if anything it made the blonde want to laugh, but even he couldn't find the power to bring it forth.
"Tch... You'd think someone would want to fill the empty pillar slot to help the students instead of a faceless faction with no clear motives."

Levi watched participants and spectators file in, his eyes following his German friend and rival, Macht, his brother in arms, Valo, and his old leader Leon in particular. There had been quite a good amount of time since he had so much as seen the leader of the lightning gang. Levi could honestly say that it was nice to see each of them, though he would have to wait if he wanted to actually speak to any of them. The morality of this event was questionable at best, but to not participate meant likely having to deal with the winner either way, so it was better, in Levi's mind, to deal with those who were unworthy of the title now rather than later. The Dragons were far too inactive for his tastes and he would affect change in that regard once it was within his power to do so.
His eyes swept the soon to be battlefield one last time before they rested on the group as a whole while he removed his hands from his pockets, feeling the tension approaching the inevitable breaking point.
Seems everyone is here, now who makes the first move?
Not too surprisingly, Musashi was the first to make a move and his target made sense as well. Levi was typically a reactionary sort of fighter, allowing his opponents to make openings and mistakes for him. As such, the Asian simply let his hands rest at his sides as he remained at the back of the crowd, keeping them all in view and waiting to pick his target should one not come to him.
